We came in late yesterday yes I know bad idea but I did not expect the food and everything else to be so bad. I ordered a ribeye and it tasted like straight burnt charcoals nothing else no flavor no spices nothing just charcoal I was very disappointed as I always talk highly of Texas Roadhouse but unfortunately after last night I do not think I will be ever returning. We got there at 9 they close at 10. I ordered 1 drink and wanted to put in a order for 3 more drinks and they told me that " the bar got finished cleaning earlier so they are closed already " Which was also very disappointing to hear..... it was just disappointment after disappointment. The server was nice but it doesn't make up for everything wrong that happened yesterday.... I will no longer talk well about Texas Roadhouse or recommend it to anyone.

I have to offer 5 stars for Samantha's appreciation for her work ethic. I decided to stop by this Texas Roadhouse cause the last one I'd dined at was some years ago in Texas. Samantha immediately noticed me when I sat down at the bar. She gave me an inviting look and I was impressed by how much she liked her job. You run into people that have jobs and sometimes they're just really not interested nor are they happy. Now to my food, I ordered the Grilled Salmon in a Lemon Sauce. This was very fresh, my portion was more than enough for me. My Salad tasted freshly made. From the lettuce that was used to my crotons, and cherry tomatoes. I truly loved my meal. The dinner rolls were really soft, warm, and deliciously sweet. That cinnamon butter hits the right spots. The inside wasn't badly lit because there's an ambiance that I noticed in the restaurant. Cool energetic atmosphere, and music that was playing as well. I've been sleeping on Texas Roadhouse, this'll have to be one of my favorite restaurants to dine at, and watch some sports whenever I'm in the mood.

My goal was to visit before 5pm to take advantage of the $13.99 dinner specials. I arrived around 3:40pm and was seated immediately with the rolls (ha!) everything we ate was cooked fresh, my steak was cooked perfectly (I asked for medium). Where else can you get $5 long islands all day? Overall, the atmosphere was great and we were in and out! I will definitely be back during the week .

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?? Well being from LA I've never had the pleasure of dining at this fine establishment until now. This review is a petition for Texas Roady to expand into LA, because we need some good BBQ over there. The only downside I had about my experience is that the wait was incredibly long for a group of 7 at 2pm on a Saturday. Otherwise I had the best time. First, the inside of the restaurant is just so fun. TVs, deer heads, logs just a freakin vibe. To start they served the complimentary rolls. These deserve to be in the hall of fame of bread rolls because WOW. My table shared the blooming onion which was aight. I thought the breading was too much. For my main I got the rib and sirloin combo with a side of mac and chili. FIREEE. The sirloin was cooked to medium rare perfection and so juicy. The ribs had the texture of tender jerky but I enjoyed it! Mac and chili were mmm-mmm goood. Also shoutout to Jacob our waiter. He is the GOAT. Such a great personality and so generous and kind, definitely made our experience one of a kind.

First time here because of all the raved reviews. Disappointed with the Management thus the three stars. Ordered to go. Pick up service was not bad, gave us extra condiments. When we got home, we found a piece of plastic stuck to the meat and also received a side of mushrooms when the side order was fries. Immediately called to speak with the Manager. She clarified that it was part of a plastic tool for checking the meat BUT that it should have been taken out. She apologized, offered a discount on our next order and that the To Go Manager would contact us for more details. Not a single phone call back. I guess it wasn't that important to them ‍ So if you find something that doesn't belong in your meal, just know they don't care and tell you what you want to hear. As for the food, Dallas Fillet looked more purplish red than red/pink for Medium Rare. Took a few trips to the bathroom rest of the evening. Ribs were okay, not wow but delicious enough. Liked the sweet potatoe with the marshmallow optional topping. Beef tips were good and kid's chicken tenders were as expected... kid's chicken tenders. Love the cinammon butter but the dinner rolls were ok. I honestly prefer hawaiian bread. So really mid experience with take out.

I would give 0 stars but I can't. I went at 6:15pm for the Veteran's Day meal and after being seated they said they ran out of vouchers and I would have to pay. Why advertise something if you can't uphold it? I went to Outback right after and their Veteran's Day deal was still active and they were very accommodating

Great food in a fun and noisy environment. Love coming here and they serve some of the most tender ribs. Ask for extra bbq sauce that comes over hot. Sides are all very good especially the steak fries. I also like their sweet tea and free bread rolls with sweet butter. If you need more just ask. Joining the waitlist makes it very convenient since they are always very busy. Thank you to our awesome and very hard working server Ericka.

I love Texas Roadhouse....I have tried the order pick up option twice now. First time. I waited 20 mins at the pickup window. It was a week night not super crowded. I could see my order from the window just sitting there while two girl stood near the order window just chatting. After the first 10 mins I went in to notify the staff up front that I was waiting on my order and they said they would let the front know. Another 10 mins one of the girls that were engaging in what had to be a deep conversation finally gave me my order. Meh 2nd time... Sunday afternoon. Seemed pretty busy. I waited about 14 mins. Again staff was at the order window just living thier best lives while myself and two other patrons looked at our orders on the shelf waiting for god to give them a clue. Definitely won't be ordering through pick up again. Also well done doesn't mean burnt. I had to get that off my soul.

This was my first visit to this location, 2nd overall to the franchise. We order 3 different meals to sample things. My husband loved his prime rib, I also ordered a side of a steak, but it was a bit over cooked (but thats ok), I'll have to order it differently next time. I think the server Kenzie made it a really great experience. She was very nice and I could tell she was concerned with getting the order correct and checked on us several times. I honestly think that any cut of meat you order will be good here. It's a specialy of the place and any one who likes a steak will leave happy. We will return and I'll be sure to order a different prep for my petite cut.
