Man. The grease needs changed. They don't do refunds. The lemonade, is very tasty! Also the frosty. I think there is a sewer line issue. The ambiance makes you just not want to return. The manager was kind. I appreciate that.

Horrible morning for Wendy's. I entered and immediately was hit by the very pungent smell of "dirty mop". The couple that came in behind me, gasped and left. The young lady who just mopped the entire front dining area used a mop that probably hasn't been cleaned, or rinsed, or even swapped out in days. I mentioned that to her and she said she just put a new mop head on. No F-ing way! The smell was mildewing and strong. After I mentioned that, it seemed I was ignored at the counter, so I left too

Stopped here for something quick. I hadn't eaten from a Wendy's in a long time. I made a small purchase. I ordered a Large Chili, with shredded cheese, and sour cream on the side. I didn't receive my sour cream!!! This is what happens at a number of fast food joints. Unless you immediately check your bags before leaving the Drive Thru window they'll probably be a problem each time. I also wanted to try the Cinnabon twist. They were kinda dry at the top. I don't think I'll buy them from there again though. The young

I sat in the drive thru line for almost 20 mins before getting to the speaker only 2 cars ahead of me and another 10 when I got to the speaker before I had to force my child to choose something else!

Since it's been chilly outside, it's a perfect day for chili and what better place to get it is at Wendy's! I worked for Wendy's in high school so it holds a special place in my heart. I don't really eat fast food hardly anymore but I will on rare occasion grab a cup of chili from Wendy's. It was good, not super hearty as I remember from the 80s but it did hit the spot. I went through the drive thru and the ladies were great and efficient.

I was so shocked by the incredible service that happened tonight that I wanted to write a review. Staff was amazing and attentive. Despite it being late the store was clean and taken care of. I havnt been in awhile and wanted to try and use my unlimited frosty for a year and was told they don't have frosty at the moment. It's the new McDonald's ice cream machine... never working. I will keep a few stars because the customer Service was friendly.

that takis sandwich was disgusting. The fries were not even in a fry container and was held in a nasty stale bag that made the fries taste like cardboard. The worst service I've ever dealt with. They messed up my order and I realized when I got home. I called to complain and they have hung up on me I swear 30 times! They answer and I can hear someone and then just hang up. I'm gonna keep calling you jerks!
