Food is always hot the managers are very nice and helpful. Some of the people dont speak English so its hard to order but always a good experience

The service at this property varies so much. Sometimes it is fast and sometimes it is super slow. By slow I am talking nobody is in line and it takes someone 5 minutes to acknowledge my presents and another 15 minutes to get my order. The employees are not overly friend but are not ruse. Now that I got that out of my way, the food is always made right and is as it should be. Parking lot can be a little difficult to get into depending on what direction you are coming from. The inside is generally clean as is the parking lot.

First, the time before last when I went to Burger King--a month ago--the poor girl working was the only one there. She was running the whole place by herself. Horrible! She had to take a break because she hadn't for hours and had to use the restroom. I told her to take her time. That was fine. With that said--and with all due sympathy for the worker's plight--when I was there last month the fries were not only the saltiest fries I've ever had--but by FAR the saltiest fries I've ever had. I pushed the excess salt off the Medium fries into the bag and when I got home poured it out and measured it--and filled nearly full a teaspoon of salt! That's a lot of extra salt. I went back to Burger King a week ago Monday and talked to them about it. The same woman said someone must have added too much salt---they'd try again. I appreciated that. The fries arrived. They were pipping hot--but as I drove away I took one bite and they were literally **encrusted** with salt! I was about to get on the highway home, but drove all the way back to the Burger King to find out what happened. The girl was not so nice this time. She said in a harsh manner that you can either (a) have a pre-metered quantity of salt OR (b) no salt on your fries. She said they have no way of doing light salt. If that is the case BK needs to step up its game. The second time I went inside--the first was drive-thru. When I went inside I felt like I was in a bad 3rd World country. It seemed creepy and dirty. I will not be back.

Very good service food came out quick and was fresh was greeted with smiles. Definitely recommend.

For decades I was a diehard BK fan. Loved the burgers, fries, and of course The Whopper. And I also enjoyed the occasional breakfast. But the last couple years, not so much. The prices have gone through the roof - even more than most places - and I just don't think the quality has kept pace. I recently paid over $13 for a Whopper and small drink. It was good but not worth that kind of money. I'll still stop in when I crave a Whopper but it's just not the same. Sorry BK, but I can see why Wendys is now #2.

Bad service!!!! Very unfriendly! The worker behind the counter was rude, asked what do you want! Got mad when made a substitute! Walked away without giving us an order slip. Bad talk her coworkers. Did not want to help my friend with her order. The only thing I can say good about it was the food. Was not clean. Trash the seats.

This manager is rude asf and refused to give us our money back after 15 minutes of waiting when no one els was waiting in the lobby not to mention she was on her phone

Visited a few times over the years hoping it would get better. It has never gotten better constantly mistakes with the order rude staff place looks dirty and the food always seems off. Sauces are in homemade packaging instead of BurgerKing packaging all seems a little suspect and I'm pretty sure I saw an employee shooting something up behind the dumpster.
