I'll preface this review with a disclaimer. Enterprise used to be great and I rented often from them, but something's changed. 1) Paid for a premium online. Was handed the keys to the less expensive full size and told it was a premium, even though I knew I was being lied to, I needed the car and didn't want to argue. Strike one. 2) Was given a car with a nail in the front tire and a reclined passenger seat, both indicators of poor training. Strike two. 3) When I requested to switch the car out because I was driving across country on a flat tire, I was sent an hour out of my way to an Enterprise that didn't have any vehicles, so the manager sent me to a 'closed' tire shop to get it fixed. Strike three. 4) Ended up switching out the vehicle at a different location for one I would've never picked and didn't pay for. 5) Ended up taking an Uber home after dropping off. Recommendation: Allow your customer service reps the ability to contact an Enterprise location, so they're not sending customers on a wild goose chase because they don't have a clue whether or not that facility has a vehicle available. Decided to write this review for training purposes. Hope it helps.

I can't say enough on how awesome working with Enterprise in Concord, NH!! From the day I rented a car to the day I returned it; they treated me with respect!! Tom the pick up driver is so nice and holds a conversation!! I wish I could remember everyone that helped me!! Just 1st class for sure!! I talked with the next guy that was renting the same care I used while I waited for my ride and they cleaned the car up for him. Thank you for 1st class service with a SMILE from each and every team member that I saw. You are all great!!

Enterprise should relieve this management team of their duties. I am stranded on the side of the road with 6 people in my car, and needed to get towed. I called enterprise and made a "pick me up" reservation for an SUV from the nearby location (I was routed to Hooksett, NH - not Concord, via their corporate representative). I received a call back 15 minutes later from Hooksett rep stating that they would like to provide me the rental, but because I was in CONCORD's "territory" (couldn't be more than a mile or two from the territory line) only Concord could provide me the vehicle unless Concord gave Hooksett "permission" to pick me up. Concord doesn't have the right size vehicle to fit all my passengers (wife and kids), they only have small vehicles and would not "permit" the Hooksett rep I had been working with all along, to help me out by providing me their vehicle via roadside pickup. Absolutely ridiculous and inhumane of the Concord location to deny Hooksett the opportunity to serve a customer truly in need. Horrible people at the Concord location, obviously. Congratulations Enterprise; you lost out on this business and all potential future business due to this. P.S. - I travel for business, and rent multiple vehicles per week. Executive Elite status with National Rental Car (Enterprise partner). Never trying Enterprise again.

This is the second time enterprise gave me a reservation had me drive all way to concord 45 min drive to tell me they had no vehicle for me . What kind of business is this,this is a fair question. Do any of you who take the reservation know how to read and comprehend? I'm not understanding how you are messing the RESERV PART ??? NEVER USE CONCIRD NH ENTERPRISE

Had my truck going in near by for some body work & my insurance co. set me up with a car through this location. An employee contacted me within minutes of getting reservation & had me hooked up in minutes & had car ready & waiting at repair location the day I needed it & took care of working directly with ins, co. when I needed car a few extra days with no issues. I'd use this location again in the future!

I have used Enterprise on a number of occasions over the years, as has my daughter. I have found nearly everyone to be helpful, courteous and friendly. The cars are always clean and shiny. My only issue is with their telephone system. I tried repeatedly to get through to my local office, only to be put on hold repeatedly, switched around, waited, etc. When I finally did reach someone who could help me we got disconnected! When I brought this to the manager's attention she clued me in to a "secret number" that you can use to reach her. Since then I have had much less trouble.

They gave a good deal on SUV for the weekend and also Sedan car. People are very friendly.
