Sue's Kimbap is the latest residency kitchen located in the Bank of NH Stage lobby. Finally, there is a place to go for quick service Korean food in Concord! They offer a variety of kimbap (Korean rice rolls), bibimbap bowls, japchae noodles, Melona ice cream bars, and cold drinks in the open cooler. I stopped by Sue's Kimbap recently after work. They already sold out of my first choice, the Bibimbap Bowl, so I went with the Japchae (Sweet Potato Noodles) ($15), which was made quickly within 2 minutes. I enjoyed my Japchae outside on a nearby patio. This bowl had warm soft glass noodles, shitake mushrooms, seasoned carrots, spinach, onions, red peppers and egg. These noodles were very good! Hopefully on my next stop here, I can get the bibimbap bowl along with a spam kimbap.

It was interesting good but very very expensive $20 was well above what I thought it was worth should've been 10 bucks. I won't be going back. Ambience left a lot to be expected sitting in a Carda of a theater car of a theater.

We were running errands in Hookset and just out of happenstance looked to see what Korean places were around. Found this one. Our favorite Korean place closed in Lawrence and Stratham and we've been hankering for something close'ish to the Seacoast. Food was pretty good! I would love to see them move into a full service restaurant location to expand their menu to include dolsot bibimbop and table side bulgugi but for Korean food on the go we will be back!

I was shopping on Main Street and a store owner nearby recommended SuesKimbap. We decided to try it. We had a little bit of difficulty finding it at first, but it turns out that the restaurant is located inside the theater. What a delicious meal we had! We shared the traditional Bibimbap. It is a very large portion, definitely enough for two people. There are just a few tables, so it's quiet and easy for people to speak to each other. Our food came quickly. We will definitely go back!

I have to say that Sue's bibimbap is great! It's better than the bibimbap at both Korean restaurants in Lebanon, NH. How much better? So much better that I'll drive an hour to Concord to get Sue's bibimbap.

My friend had the veggie bibimbap, I had the regular. Excellent! Veggies are perfectly soft with a bit of bite still. Gochujang sauce is very nice, not complicated with too many ingredients. I also got the classic kimbap to try. Very good as well. Even the kimchi was excellent! I'm so full right now I need a nap and I would absolutely eat more if it was in front of me.
