I stayed here Labor Day weekend and got sick from mold in the room it's been a month. The manager said someone will call but after calling them several times no response. My vacation was ruined as I started to sneeze, runny nose and eyes for 6 days after exposure , my wife and daughter had worse symptoms with a really bad cough for 3 weeks and it's ongoing.

worst experience I've ever had was at this hotel I was sleeping only to be woken up by a tickling on my arm I looked down and it was bedbugs and what looked like a little centipede immediately had clerk come to my room where he saw them as well. I also got of them the next day I awaited for the manager to call me so I could get a refund. I did get a refund and an offer on a discount on a room, another time and a appetizer. What a crock of shit that was I recommend you not going here unless you want to bring home bed bugs.

The bed is comfortable. However the walls are thin. Take that as you will. The bathroom trash can had not been emptied after the previous guest. I hope they liked their coffee. They finished and left the empty cup at least. Could dust the corners more thoroughly. Breakfast was a disappointment. Also, there were stains on the walls. Looked like makeup

Stayed 1 night in this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast wasn't that great but ok. We had a very pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel.

The room was lovely, however, no one alerted us you need to put a sign on your door for service, although housekeeping came in and put on ragged bath mat in the bathroom and gave us a roll of TP, there were glasses from the previous night and overflowing garbage neither of which was dealt with. Parking is a nightmare on the weekends for guests of hotel, the restaurant gets busy and there are no spots if you come between 6-8. The restaurant: A "three" at best, pasta swimming in a sea of olive oil, crab cake served with olives, the flavors don't help each other. They seem to be trying too hard, not a memorable meal. The bartender was great and helpful. Overall, for $400+ bucks a night we should have gone somewhere else. Not a wonderful experience. I also asked upon check out for a bill sent to my email, none arrived within 2 days, so I called, they checked spelling of my email and said it would go out in the morning, again nothing for 2 days, again I called. You should not have to ask for a billing statement 3 times.

Cute hotel in a cute area close to downtown. Not close enough to walk to the restaurants or nightlife. My room was not nice though. Peeling wallpaper and my view was on the attic overlooking a parking lot. We had drinks and the cranberry Moscow mule was delicious. I think others in my group had better rooms but somehow I got the worst. Thankfully I only was there to sleep so not a huge deal.

This is a cute little hotel with super nice staff. The layout was easy to navigate and we had a room on the third floor this hotel. The room was very quiet which was nice and it had cute amenities. I liked the bathrobes and the fact that they had qtips and cotton balls in the bathrooms. The mirror in the bathroom was heated so that you could still see yourself after taking a hot shower. The beds were comfortable and the linens were ok. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because you can tell the wear and tear on this hotel. Peeling wallpaper, stains in carpets that wouldn't come out and extra silicon in the showers where they must've had leaks.

One of the most charming and unique hotel we have visited: The exterior is original 1892 brick and stone. The inside is renovated to an eclectic mix of vintage and modern with no two rooms being the same. Sadly, the restaurant and bar were still closed due to the pandemic, but the setting looked charming and elegant.

Not any better than a Holiday inn. 1st room we got (rm #207) had bugs on windowsill, then awoke to them literally on my bed. Should've know when the floor needed to be vacuumed (& the AC didn't allow it lower than 70 & it was warm).... Ewwww. I told the 2 guys @ desk & showed video of crawling bugs next morning. Next day switched to another room on 3rd floor (. Literal brown drip stain from seat to floor - in the front of the white toilet.... oh & the toilet seat is loose, so it shifts ....plus toilet paper on floor & stains on bedroom rug. Plus ... Its warm as Hell and it says 72. It will not permit us to go lower (" thermostat limit"). Thank God I bring Lysol wipes and it's our last night. What an end to a sister trip ..... Wait - not the end. Can't make this up. Bat in our room? After 2am awoke to a flying bat... where did it friggin come from? 3rd room appears ok, but it's been less than 2 hours. Friendly staff at front desk sweetly apologizes each time. UPDATE 7/7/21: Laura, the General Mgr reached out to me. She sincerely apologized & refunded our 2 night stay. We were not expecting that & really appreciate it.
