Very deceptive marketing on their website. We paid almost 400 dollars for a room and thought we were getting a suite with two rooms but received a one room that was like staying in an office. The tv was minuscule and had a bizarre toggle switch that worked sporadically at most . Tv stations were a joke. The breakfast was the best part and, oh yeah, the amazing stuff my wife did to me was the only memorable thing. Never going back! We got a room at Econolodge the following night and had better amenities for a hundred and ten dollars.

I booked a Luxury King room in the Hotel Concord expecting luxury. Unfortunately, it was not luxurious. It was not at all like the picture on the web-site. The room consisted of a spacious bathroom and a small square bedroom with a king bed and a view of the slums of Concord. It felt like the room was crowded, not luxurious. The room is meant for two people but there is only one chair. There is no fridge. No desk for a computer. No microwave. An average size TV which is unresponsive to the remote much of the time. The thermostat is hard to regulate. It was set at 62 but the room temperature was 72 which made for uncomfortable sleeping. To use the elevators, it is necessary to swipe your room key card before selecting your floor. Perhaps that's tolerable but my room key card stopped working half way through my stay. An unapologetic and apathetic concierge fixed my key card. For the price of the rooms the hotel staff should be bending over backwards to do whatever they can do for the hotel guests. The hotel staff was aloof. Some of the staff were snobby. The hotel has no swimming pool or hot tub. It's necessary to go down the street to the YMCA if you want to swim. The hotel has no parking. Parking is in the adjacent municipal parking garage. This makes coming and going awkward. For the price of the rooms, the hotel should have valet parking for the hotel guests. Breakfast was complementary but meager. Very meager. The Hotel Concord provides poor quality and charges ridiculously high, costly rates. I booked a Luxury King room expecting luxury. I was terribly disappointed. I booked the Luxury King room for two nights which cost $461.12. Then I decided I needed an extra night. The extra night cost $340.80. That is ridiculous. On the positive side.....The coffee machine made regular, decaf, cappuccino and espresso coffee, all of which were very good. The walk-in shower was really good and relaxing with an adjustable shower stream. And, there was a Bible in the bedstand drawer. Very nice touch. However, I would not book the Hotel Concord again.

Super nice staff and good location in downtown. Dont know much about the area but the rooms were very clean, nicely appointed, good beds...what else do you need? Lobby is nice but breakfast area is sparse but its free continental so cant really talk too much sh*t about it. I like the hotel its a nice room and clean. Only real complaint, when the AC kicks on it sounds like someone is slamming your door shut every ten minutes so that can be annoying !! Would stay here again though if I am back in the area.

This review is long overdue. First, I had to fly out to New Hampshire from Colorado as my fiancé ended up in the ICU. The staff at the hotel truly made me feel at home during a very difficult time. Every single person who worked there went above and beyond to not only be supportive but to make me feel truly comfortable. I would give them 50 stars if I could on that alone. Besides the 5 star service, the rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. The beds were incredible, the cleanliness was above and beyond which I value and the food from the restaurant downstairs was delicious. I also appreciated that there was a mini fridge and the co-op was right across the street so that I could get things for the week as I was there for quite some time. I also had endometriosis surgery a little over a week before my arrival and I could not lift more than 10lbs. Every single person who worked at the hotel assisted me in every step of the way. I would not stay anywhere else and I am looking forward to coming back one day under better circumstances. Thank you to everyone who worked there. You deserve all the praise! The best customer service, comfort and beauty all in one.

Super disappointed! My husband has stayed here before and we were really looking forward to staying here this winter when watching our son play hockey in the area. Was booked to stay Thursday to Sunday but unfortunately we woke up to a sick child. Hotel Concord still charged me for one night, like I can control a sickness. We will find another place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with the friendliest and accommodating staff! They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Beautifully decorated, great breakfast and great location to food. Would stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with a great location on Concord's Main Street. Unfortunately, one member of the staff ruined our experience. As someone who grew up in Concord, we were excited to spend the weekend at this hotel for a wedding. After near filling the hotel with business for the weekend, the night manager made our group incredibly uncomfortable during our stay. This began with a single noise complaint at 10pm and the night managers nonstandard response of banging (no other word for it) down the door and ranting to our group about how much people spend to stay there a night. (Something we already knew as we also were in fact paying that). And ended with the bride being nicer than necessary the next day to apologize for the one noise complaint. The night manager's response to the bride (literally in her dress) was "well just so you know, we lost $400 because we had to comp a room." I have a hard time imagining they teach that at hospitality school. I was honestly embarrassed for our out of town friends. While it is a beautiful hotel, I wouldn't recommend your wedding block there. The hospitality and professionalism are lacking and that's not something you need to deal with on a wedding weekend of all weekends.

My husband and I stayed one night at The Hotel Concord. Upon checking in, we were greeted by the front desk representatives Caroline and Sue. They were polite, friendly, and provided us with local recommendations. We booked the luxurious king room, which was clean and beautifully decorated. We definitely would recommend staying here if you are in the Concord area.

Right in downtown Concord, NH this place lies & now for me I'll say impressive. Walk in shower, good size bed, K-Cup machine with coffee (regular & decaf) & tea (okay English tea but you want technicals). True no alarm clock but call the front desk they'll see you right, Alexa I bet & the TV isn't on that damn CNN so a big time plus & yes photos are coming.
