The online order for pick up was ready and waiting at the designated time. The salad was full of fresh delicious fruit, chicken and lettuce. The only disappointment was the lack of poppyseed dressing. There were two containers one had about a tablespoon of dressing and below you can a pic of the other unopened container. Kinda spoiled my excitement for this salad.

I ordered the Garden Caprese and someone doesn't know the difference between arugula and basil because I ordered no arugula and it came with all arugula and no basil. Nothing like getting your order home to have an order wrong. I got through it even though I absolutely hate arugula. It is definitely a total different taste than basil. You would think, as a chain, consistency would be key.

Panera is good option when I'm out running errands I can usually find a Panera. It's quick and easy to order. The food comes out pretty quickly. There are a lot of good options. I love the pick two combo. I usually get soup and salad with the roll on the side the autumn squash soup is really good. It comes with seeds sprinkled on top that give it an added flavor and texture. The Fuji apple salad is also really good I like the apples and cheese not real thrilled with the chicken that comes with in the salad. FYI the price is the same with or without the chicken The food can be to go or eat inside. Lots of seating is available. it's clean. The bathrooms were clean. This location had plenty of parking. It's a good value for the money, especially if there's a coupon in the app!

This time, I decided to try the tomato soup, but it tasted more like pasta sauce, and I couldn't finish it. The Santa Fe chicken sandwich brought a hint of heat, featuring sliced chicken breast generously layered with sauce. The real issue, though, is the overall cleanliness. The kitchen looks like it could use a full weekend of deep cleaning, and the dining area isn't much better. From the tables to the ceiling and walls, everything feels overdue for a thorough scrub-down.

I love Panera but haven't been here in a while. I needed bagels for a brunch gathering I was having. I stopped in, placed my order and the employee got it all together. I like that they slice them if requested, and I always request they do that. Service was friendly and not rushed at all even though she was the only one at a register and there was a decent line behind me.
