This poor rating is only for the environment from last night (08/13/25, approximately 5:45 pm.). Our food was yummy, and our server, Chrissy, very good. OMG how I wish I knew that there was going to be a trivia (or whatever it's called) night! The emcee was so stinking loud and totally disrupted our meal. We kept saying "what?!" to each other and had to repeat ourselves JUST TO TALK!!! Our conversation was difficult. In addition, my poor friend has no hearing in her one ear. I asked our server to let the emcee know that his volume was way too loud. I think she did because the blaring music accompanying him was lowered alot but his booming voice wasn't. His mic was turned up so high - wow! Why would this go on while non participants are TRYING to enjoy their food and company?!!! If you're going to have a trivia, etc., night - contain it to one section of the restaurant so that it doesn't annoy the patrons who are there to simply eat! We were both highly annoyed with last night's environment - it really ruined our dinner and put a bad taste in my mouth! NEVER AGAIN on a Wednesday (I'll actually call prior to be sure that this isn't going on before going on ANY given night!). (ps - I dine out alot, am usually fortunate with steller eating experiences, and hardly "have to" write poor reviews such as this one!). Please fix this!

I guess you could say we are just a P.J.'s family! Not only did we celebrate our Gender Reveal here (Maple Shade location) but we then celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday at the Cherry Hill location! When I say the day went perfectly as planned, I mean it. I swear, P.J.'s hires the NICEST staff. The event space here is perfect for a party of 50-60 people! There's a private bar, tons of room for guests to sit, a stage, and even a projector if you want to have something playing during your event, and the music is always flowing throughout the room! I remember when I arrived, the staff was so helpful. I introduced myself to them and from there the day was on it's way. They allowed me to rearrange the room how I wanted it and were at my beckoning call if I needed assistance. The catering menu is big but full of variety. P.J.'s sure knows how to make a goooood chicken tender and french fries! Both the kids and adults went through them like crazy! The only thing better than the chicken tendies and fries are the cheesesteak egg rolls. Every time we get an order of them we say "wow, I forgot how good those are!" Additionally, we took advantage of the pasta bar option- which allows you to choose two types of pastas, which was nice for the variety factor, as our group had many dietary needs. I also liked that there were different options when it came to the bar. P.J.'s really makes planning a party enjoyable and easy. I would most definitely plan another event here in the future!

Came here to meet for book club. The staff was very accommodating of our very indecisive group and was able to split the check for all of us which you don't see anymore. The food was good, nothing to write home about but I enjoyed my Fajita Bowl and Famous Fries. They have a very large patio and it was nice to be able to sit outside on a beautiful night. With being so close to RT 70, you don't hear a lot of traffic which is nice! Not rushing to go back but if someone suggested it, i'd be down.

Came here today for lunch and had an OK experience with a few issues. First, when we arrived, there was no one at the front to seat us. We waited for maybe 5 minutes before someone arrived? It took so long that I would have considered leaving if I wasn't so hungry :) Anyway, eventually someone came, and we decided to sit outside since the weather was nice. Pretty cool little outdoor area! Our server was nice and did a good job throughout our meal. I decided to order the chicken panini while my wife got a burger. We were a little disappointed at how long it took to get our food, especially considering it wasn't super busy. Also, they forgot to put mayo on the burger, which was a minor issue but a little annoying. My chicken panini was OK - didn't pack a ton of flavor but wasn't bad either. Overall, I would probably go somewhere else next time, but it wasn't too bad.

It's always nice to come here after bar hopping because you know what you're getting. Fun people at the bar, good drinks, tv for sports watching & sweet chili wings. I will fight anyone that says they're not the best... seriously

I use to strongly dislike this location due to it always feeling dirty, service being poor, and food being subpar compared to the maple shade location but it has come a long way apparently. My brother and I for quite a few years use to go to the maple shade location generally every Tuesday for half priced wings when I was stationed in the area. We occasionally would try this location and I ventured here a fair share of times at night when the far bar turns into a club and this location never was very good. This holiday season we took my fiancé to the maple shade pjs to give her the experience so she could picture what we always talk about and the power went out due to a car crash taking out the block power. He recommended this location because it has come a long away and i reluctantly agreed. I was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness and food. The wings were nearly as good as maple shade. The server however was not very attentive and not very cordial. If you've been putting off location due to past poor experience, i recommend giving it another shot. It truly has come a long way.

Came here for half off wing nights! We got tater tots, mild wings, and and hot & honey wings. The tater tots were okay, would probably skip next time. Both wings flavors were good. It was spacious with TVs all around the walls so there was always something to look at. Would probably be really fun to come and watch a game :) Our server was nice and checked on us a few times. Overall a good experience Bathrooms 8/10

We went to PJ Wales today for lunch as we have went many times usually it is pretty good but we always get the same things as wings and loaded tots today. We went outside the comfort zone and we got a chicken wrap and we got. an upgrade from the chips to french fries very simple request. We asked it. There will be no old base seasoning and that we asked for ranch instead of blue cheese and of course the french fries came out full of all day and of course, without looking because the waitress said it was ranch I dumped it and it was blue cheese so they waited and waited. They said right away rushed. It was a long time and they made us another one. We ordered the. mango habanero for the sauce. There was hardly no sauce and the sauce had no flavor. This was a very disappointing day. I don't know quite if it was a servers fault or the kitchen, but the weight was unbelievable to have them redo it they were not that busy and we waited a long time and the wrap had no flavor for that sauce. It should've had more flavor than that. The waitress was nice enough, but she just really was not on the ball and the wait for the food to be redone was terrible. It was just a very disappointing time. I would suggest I will not be going back to PJ Wells in Cherry Hill. It is not worth the time and effort in the weight. There is no such thing as ambience. It's just used to be good wings but good wings are easy to find anywhere.

Good casual food and drinks. We enjoy the wings, burgers, chicken fingers and sides very much. Service isn't always great, but it's usually good. Pretty relaxed atmosphere. I do hate when they blast music as I usually go there to watch sports.
