I had a wonderful experience last night at red lobster. To start My server Nina was excellent and over the top she went above and beyond for me and my husband. We sat at the back of the restaurant I really didn't like that but whatever. The biscuits were hot and she kept em comin honey. We got the fish and chips and everything was HOT AND fresh and we just loved it. Everything tasted GOOD. IT WAS GREAST 10 stars I will be back.

More like Dead Lobster, amiright? Seriously though....holy shit. I know that Red Lobster is/has/was going through some financial trouble, but it appears they have cut back to the skeleton crew. We walk in to a mostly empty dining room. 8 guests. We are greeted immediately, but then wait a solid 10 minutes while the only host goes and busses, then cleans, then moves a couple of tables together to accommodate us. This is not a time exaggeration. 10 Minutes, just standing at the host/hostess station.... So, we get sat, and our very pleasant server, Luna hits the ground running. No complaints with Luna, or even the hosts demeanor, attitude or skills. The consistent and pervasive ding was the WAIT! Oh my god. It took damn near an hour for our food to hit the table. I could have made these dishes at home in the time it took for ANYTHING to come out. (Besides the biscuits...they hit the table immediately, thank Buddha.) When the food finally DID come out, it was fine, but it just took so long for EVERYTHING. We didn't leave until almost 10pm, after getting there at 7pm, and please believe that wasn't because of us lollygagging. We had a 4 year old and a 6 year old that were apoplectic by the time their food hit the table. How long does it take to microwave mac and cheese, because that's what they did. ALSO, can we not season KIDS FRIES with old bay? I get it; it's a seafood restaurant, and for ME, old bay fries sounds delightful. To a 6 year old, it just creates "spicy" fries that go uneaten. I like Red Lobster, for some reason. Cheddar Bay biscuits will always hold a special place in my heart, but you guys gotta speed it up man. Check other reviews, and you will see that this is a common refrain.

The food and drinks were delicious. Our waiter Tye was amazing. We ordered the Wednesday special Steak and Lobster and was cooked to perfection. The only negative is the price of the "Happy Hour" food didn't align with the price of the drinks and we didn't find that out until after we received the bill. Happy hour appetizers should be half off or reasonably lower than the regular price not just $2 off of a $15 item

Stopped by the cherry hill Red Lobster around 11:15am. We were greeted and seated immediately. Biscuits were brought out and we placed our drink order ( sprite and lemonade). It took our waitress awhile to bring our drinks and the restaurant was empty. We ordered Walt's favorite shrimp and the Sailor's Seafood Boil /Two dozen shrimp, smoked sausage, corn and red potatoes with the spicy old bay Parmesan sauce. All of the food was good. The sauce had just enough spice to it. The biscuits appeared to be fresh out of the oven. The restaurant itself could use some love/ some sprucing up( appeared to be dated).

Endless Shrimp, Endless Wait! The famous biscuits came out quick but the time it took for my entree to appear was really just unacceptable. It took over 40 minutes for my entree to show up on a lazy Monday night with more than 3/4 of the restaurant empty. I pretty much left it up to the server to order my three choices of shrimp, of the three that were chosen, only the grilled shrimp was ok. The Shrimp Scampi was dangerously salty and really small. The "Walt" fried shrimp option felt like the frozen food variety. Once you bite into the fried shrimp, you realize the breading is grossly too much of it and the shrimp is really small. It definitely doesn't match up well to the pictures on the menu quite frankly. The rice that accompanied my plate wasn't even warm but cold. Sadly the service was a bigger part of my negative experience. Aside from the wait, I had wanted to try other varieties but my waitress mistakenly requested one of the same order. When the waitress came back at the end, I had informed that I needed to leave and I'm not sure what she thought I meant, she then disappeared into the kitchen and I had to ask another employee to ask her for my check. I think everyone at Red Lobster could have done better, including the kitchen to be honest. The cheddar bay biscuits are definitely delicious, maybe a tad too much butter, but definitely tasty, however I'm not sure the rest of my meal is worth waiting for. I ended up leaving with a majority of my food behind.

Brought a family member from the UK to experience Red Lobster. She said it was her favorite food experience thus far in the states. The ultimate platter is a great option if you want to try a diversity of seafood. We tried crab, lobster tail, coconut shrimp, shrimp in garlic and scallops. It was nice having Red Lobster myself after ten years, it is definitely nostalgic and makes you feel safe. Josh was our server! He was super, super kind. He was generous with the biscuits and updated us on timing in the kitchen.

Never walked out of a restaurant like this before. Ordered surf and Turf and the Lobster had moving maggots or worms on it. Still alive. I'd also add we were there a good 50 minutes till that food even came out. Waited about 10-15 minutes for the manager to see us after and they never showed up so we had to walk out. Disgusting!

I love seafood! I was semi overwhelmed by the options but only because it all sounded amazing.... Prices were a bit on the higher end but doable... the margarita flight was actually a slamming deal for $15!!!! I expected small glasses but they indeed were basically full drinks! The restaurant was dark/dimly lit and not too busy! And as always... THE BISCUITS ARE BANGING

Look, the food is exactly what you expect from a Red Lobster. The sangria was incredibly sweet and the shrimp scampi was too salty, but those things can be overlooked. What was harder to overlook was the service. Our server was incredibly nice, but food came out of the kitchen at a glacial pace and we had to keep asking for dishes that weren't brought out. Also, we waited like 20min for water, which makes it hard to chow down on those great cheddar bay biscuits! At the end of the day, it's a Red Lobster, but if the service were just a bit better, it really would have been a great experience!
