I bought my sandwich this morning for my lunch, my sandwich tasted horrible and it had a foul odor. When I came back in the evening they said they could not do anything because I only have a 30 minute to an hour window and it's been 7 hours. the employee told me to come back to speak to his manager. what made no sense is that he cannot do anything in 7 hours but his manager can in 24. I told him that I do not want my money back, but to just make me another sandwich he continued to speak to me like a child whilst saying he could not do anything and to come back tomorrow. He also made me feel like I was lying and that I was desperate for food, and I told him you can keep the 8.00$ it will not make me or break me to lose 8.00$. I thought Subway would do right by their consumers and give me some form of compensation. I told the employee I will not be returning to this subway location he responded to this by laughing and saying yes you will and yelling it on my way out. I felt as if this was a very inappropriate and ignorant towards paying and returning costumers. September 20th 2024 9:34 AM
