I've only had Sonic twice before and saw a video of a pickle lemonade that I wanted to try . I know sounds gross but I love pickles. When I got there the girl that took our order thought it was crazy I wanted pickles in my lemonade although it's on the online menu. Anyway they ended up just giving me a lemonade slushee with pickles on the side. No big deal. I also got a chilli cheese dog with tots- everything was cold. I reheated the hot dog when I got home and it was still not edible. I'm not sure what kind of hot dogs they have but gross. My other half and son both got burgers/ my son didn't eat his burger he said it was rubbery and gives it two thumbs down. We will only go back to try the infinite amount of other drinks you can make but will stay away from the food.

My Catholic upbringing occasionally requires that I atone for sins committed against my better judgement -- like stopping by Sonic. Mediocre food across the board and slushy drinks designed for hyper brain freeze and hypertension. My cheeseburger had less taste than Andrew Dice Clay at a children's birthday party but... what was I expecting. Three Hail Marys and a special Novena. Go in peace my son. Two stars.

This is my first time having a 'Sonic Milkshake' from there. I have to say it's so delicious & filling. The service was good, although they have false advertising about the $1.99 milkshake. Instead they should say what size milkshake is $1.99 instead of us thinking all the milkshakes are $1.99 each. Other than that the milkshake was yummy and the popcorn chicken was a perfect portion. So go & Get Ya 'Milkshake' On!!

This is quite literally the worst sonic location I've ever been to in my entire life. Never once have I ever been able to go to this sonic and get my whole order without something being needed to be reported missing in the app whether it be a slushy machine being broken or just forgetting to put something into the order Every single time I've ever needed to be at this sonic I've had to call customer service to get a refund and the order was incomplete. Also, customer service is terrible at this location. Cannot wait for it to close so we can get something decent in that location. Edit just finished with customer service. They do not do refunds even if you do not receive the item. This is a policy I find as unrealistic for a company as large as sonic never again getting business from me

Food was non-prepared well drying out chili cold, hot dog! Girl that window couldn't get order right, all I did ask for was no cheese on my chili hotdog and they couldn't even get it right then I got cursed out when I told him I didn't want it. Another girl came up. Ain't no time should anybody be able to walk into the kitchen off the street and when I went back a few days later, requesting my money back after several phone calls and speaking with someone I was able to walk right into our kitchen procedure to watch as no gloves were worn my food was being made by cook or by the girl to register who bagged food rang register bag food rang register, which is all against safe serve

Not much you can say about the food other then it was ok I mean what we got was hot and good, the drinks are always great because of the variety, the service was meh because they didnt want to come out and bring our food I guess because it was raining earlier, I don't know really so we had to go through the drive thru and get our food and then park, the area was clean and the people taking our order were nice.

If I could give a negative review I would. I could not believe the service my daughter and I received at this location yesterday at 5:23 P.M. We pulled up and was told at full volume, to "Hold on!" by the server at the drive through. We waited a while, it felt like 10 minutes, but we were fine and in no rush. NO one was behind us. Eventually, she came back on, I told her I had 2 separate orders and she made a huffing sound, clearly upset, and said " Your order." I told her my first order which was just a regular meal, the whole time she was very short, wouldn't let me finish what I was saying and was very clearly upset for some reason. The second order was the same as the first but with water as the drink. This was 2 orders but very simple orders. Nothing fancy or extra. She asked us again did we want water with the second order, and I restated," Yes, in a cup please because she wants the ice." She yelled, " I KNOW!" super loud over the speaker. I asked her why was she so upset and, again, she yelled, " You said it like 14 times!" I told her we did not, and she said,"YOUR DONE!" good bye. She refused to take our order and I could see her walk away from the window. We did nothing to provoke her to this level of rudeness. It was a heavy set, white lady taking the orders and I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but I can honestly say I have never been treated like this at a fast food restaurant. I called and talked to a manager later and she was very apologetic and stated that she would receive a write up but clearly she should not be working with the public because she does not have the patience for it. This is coming from a teacher of 25 years and a former customer service representatives. I know the level of patience it requires to deal with customers and this lady does not have it. I mean, we were the only customers there, not one car behind us or in front of us and she was so rude over 2 small orders.

Worst Sonic ever. Tried to order hot dogs..."sorry we don't have that at the moment ". No problem. Tried to order onion rings..."sorry we don't have that at the moment". Annoying, but okay. Tried to order chili cheese tots..."sorry we don't have that at the moment"!!! And did I mention...NONE of the drive-in stalls were open. Half of the monitors were removed and the one that were still there were blocked with an old wooden chair and garbage can. It was drive-through or nothing. Never had a bad Sonic experience until today. We will NEVER go back to this location.

Arrived 9pm on a Sunday. Pushed the button to place an order. Waited and waited and waited. No response, and we could see the employees stand around doing nothing. Franchise owner needs to make a surprise visit and check on their employees' lack of work ethic and non existent customer service.
