The staff here are so incredibly amazing!!! Even with the 2 hour time limit some may find it frustrating but I understand why they have it in place along with the $13 food waste.. can't say im familiar with these kinds of rules but, either way they're laid back for the most part especially if you're paying top dollar there.. They didn't have a bar at first when they opened but they just recently opened it and OBSESSED is what I am cooking my own food is nice it gives me a little relaxation and the ambience is impeccable I always come back!!

Not sure why I kept overlooking this place, but I managed to remember it when I was looking for a new place in Delran. My partner and I stopped in on a Friday around 6:00 pm. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all, so I thought that was a plus on a Friday night. We were seated immediately and a gentlemen arrived at our table with menus. He explained the concept of "hot pot" items and "bbq" items for each menu and then recommended that we try both for only $5 extra. So, we did. I went with the chicken broth for my hot pot. My partner decided to go with a spicy broth. The waiter stated that we should try to pick at least 5 items per person for our dinner experience. We went with corn, short ribs, strip steak, garlic shrimp, onions, and ramen noodles. I visited the "fixing/sauce" bar and absolutely loved the recipes for the sauces you could create. I went rogue and created my own thai chili , garlic, cilantro, sauce. Our dinner options arrived promptly and we began the dining experience. Although I enjoyed the hot pot bc of the broth and how it added flavor to the food. I found that the BBQ items were more of my speed. The short ribs were delicious along with the beef strip steak and onions. I felt like the BBQ really elevated the experience for me. My partner agreed too. We simply loved the concept of this place and enjoyed all of the food we prepared. By the time we left, the restaurant was packed with people. So, we were happy that we got there at 6 pm. We have been sharing our experience with everyone and can't wait for our next visit.

Ive been to many hot pot places and I believe that Top Pot grew fast, especially with their space interior designs and options for food. It is an ayce bbq and hot pot. I got the herbal broth which had a lot of flavor. Only thing that can be worked on is the service. Our male server helped us with the initial order and then throughout our stay, we had to hunt him down to order.

I came here for lunch on a wkday and as expected, not too crowded. The interior was energetic to me, with all the lights and musics. I am surprised they have other food offered to customers in a buffet style. There were fried rice, lo mein, popcorn chicken, spring rolls, chicken wings, etc. along with other fruits and desserts too. The sauce bar had a wide variety of ingredients too! Some were particularly for the bbq and some for hot pot, but you're able to mix them however you like it. Now let's talk bout the food choices. My husband and I chose hot pot only for lunch that day. If you add an additional $5/person you can have both hot pot and bbq. They have a handful of soup base to choose from. But compare to one of their competitor, I believe their soup base is not as strong, a little bland, which could be a good thing because I am less thirsty and can eat more. The hot pot food menu has ingredients that I wasn't expecting to see on the menu. The meat is fresh. I also like how the portions are small so we can finish and reorder without having much leftovers. Will definitely return, maybe at another location since there is one opened closer to where I live.

This was a very pleasant discovery for New Jersey. I enjoyed the simplicity and ease of coming here for dinner with my colleagues and not having to deal with long waits or reservations. Plus, the service and no food quality was very good. Food: The menu is very easy to order from and all food that is to be cooked is fresh and decent portion (not too large). The menu offers a large variety of meats, seafoods, vegetables and noodles. We ordered both the hot pot and bbq since it was only an additional $5. One thing that stuck out to me was that they don't bring out all of the small sides (banchan) that I'm accustomed to, but they can based on request. Must be to avoid wasting food. The prepared food items available in the self serve buffet it also good, but you don't really want to waste your appetite there. Service: We went on a weeknight so service was quick and friendly. We were given an introduction of the process by our server and she came by frequently to remove used plates and replace our grill. Ambiance: The venue is large and clean. Very easy to locate and plenty of parking available, the booths and tables can accommodate larger parties. In summary, I recommend this location if you are in New Jersey and come with others so you can share all of the menu items.

My wife and I finally got around to trying this restaurant a try. We were not disappointed! We were seated immediately upon entering. The staff is helpful, the place is spacious and clean. Our waiter took time to explain how the experience works. This is an AYCE buffet. Sharing is the concept here. The grill is in the center of the table. (Korean BBQ) Your protein/veggies and other cookable sides are brought out raw and you cook and plate as your dish reaches the desired doneness. If you have never experienced this style of dining, don't panic, the wait staff will get you situated. There are two sides to the menu, soup (Top Pot) or bbq. You can order from both sides or stick to one side. We ordered a combination of seafood and beef, which was already marinated. Everything was delicious. My drink was an unsweetened green tea. Cash/Debit/Credit are accepted here.

I've never had hot pot before but I definitely want to do it again! The menu was overwhelming but they explained it and made it so much easier to follow. The food was incredible and cooking it yourself is so fun! I also loved the buffet where you can make your own dipping sauces and the drinks were delicious as well! This was such a fun girls night for my friends and I and we can't wait to go back!

I decided to switch things up this Thanksgiving and visit Top Pot for a break from the typical dry turkey dish, and I'm so glad I did! The interior of the restaurant is impressively spacious, with plenty of seating for large groups. The decor is stylishly lit, plus they have huge TVs on the side walls, perfect for watching sports (or football games, as I did). You can choose to do either hot pot or Korean BBQ, or do both for just a few dollars more. The variety of toppings and dishes available is extensive, so your taste buds will not be bored. I opted for both the hot pot and the Korean BBQ, and both were delicious. The hot pot has a variety of broths to choose from, and I went with an herbal one. I wasn't sure if MSG was in it, so I asked the manager, who explained that there might be a trace of it due to the chicken stock powder they use. But she kindly offered to replace it with hot water, which was just as tasty, and I appreciated the thoughtful service. The Korean BBQ bulgogi was marinated perfectly and didn't cause any MSG reactions, so they definitely don't use it in the BBQ items. It was the flavorfully sweet marinate you come to expect with Korean BBQ. But the spicy dishes are definitely VERY spicy, so proceed with caution when choosing your spice level (1, 2, or 3). The staff was also friendly, accommodating, and really made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place!

Pretty standard hot pot. I was visiting the area and decided to try Top Pot. The inside was clean and the servers were very friendly. The selection was wide and the food was good. Not the best or most traditional hot pot I've had, but still very good.

I didn't take any pictures except my husband explaining the menu to My son (his first time) We love coming here a few times a year. It has a huge sauce bar that includes things like kimchi. Huge selection of meats and veggies, all of which are Fresh and delicious! We do the hotpot and BBQ, I'll just warn you the spicy broth is SPICY!
