This McDonald's is iffy. Sometimes they are on point, and sometimes they just aren't. Sometimes the fries are hard and cold, which sucks because they should be the best part. Sometimes the drive thru wait is extremely long. Sometimes they don't make the adjustments to your food that you requested, so double check before you leave. The self checkout kiosks don't always work. One plus is that the ice cream machine is always working.

This McDonald's deserve a 0 for customer service. I would "NEVER" frequent this McDonald's again. This morning at 7:20am I visited this McDonald's to purchase a frappe and breakfast which I had my app in my hand. I asked the cashier can I use the bathroom, she immediately said with an "ATTITUDE" that I need to make a purchase before I am allowed to use the bathroom. I assured her that I am going to make a purchase and showed her what I was ordering from the app, she said I don't care again with her "ATTITUDE" you need to make a purchase before I am allowed to use the bathroom. I reported the issue to corporate, the owner of the McDonald's whose name is Valerie called and said that because there are so many homeless people in the area before a customer can use the restroom they must make a purchase because it's her store policy. So I guess the cashier "ASSUMED" that I was homeless because I am black and off work today with no corporate attire on. I should have read reviews before frequenting this McDonald's.

Forgot part of my order. Went back to retrieve it. Was handed my fruits and cranberry oatmeal without any fruits or cranberries. Was told they don't have any more fruits or cranberries. The plain oatmeal that I didn't ask for tasted super dry and bland.

Every time I order from this place it takes about two hours on uber eats and the last time I ordered they forgot my fries which came with two of my meals, yes I was so upset to have paid for food I didn't receive :( I also called and they said the reason they take so long is because they don't start doing or making the food until an Uber driver has been assigned to your order which can take a while if there's no Uber drivers in the area.

This McDonalds needs to be shut down. There are rats running around the parking lot near the entrance of the store and drive thru line. The employees are wearing .99$ hair bonnets and not the proper hair nets I've seen other McDonald's locations to wear. I decided to just get a drink instead of food, in fear of food contamination. Spoke to the employee about the rodent infestation, she laughed and says that's normal this time of the morning. I get to the window and she tells me the price of my coffee and I replied to her... "This time of the morning, you don't play with me and my money and kindly pulled off. As I pulled off, I see about 5-7 delivery carriers waiting in the cold for orders that could have been picked up at the drive thru.

This McDonald's service is the worst. The manager doesn't care. And there is a big difference between the McDonald's that serve you versus the ones that don't. In service. In food. Sometimes the owner is present. Just wasted 8 bucks.
