This is your regular Burger King, but with enough parking space. It's quite clean and spacious enough. It has a working drive through that's open up to midnight.

service at drive-- through was terrible i don't know who's in charge of management but they need to do something about Paula before someone drags her out the window her actinide is nasty further more she doesn't seem to comprehend any language All I asked for was two chicken sandwiches one plain one with everything on it and she kept confusing it for one sandwich after repeating it not once not twice but three times and then has the audacity to catch an attitude when I ask at the window if she check to make sure that the order was correct to replied however the order comes how it comes

Great service in Harrison was much cleaner than the Newark one and I would always get 2 Double Bacon Cheeseburgers with Fries and a Coke and sometimes it would be slow and it's great when you have people from school visting you one time in 2019 and in this year. Sometimes go to drive thru with my brother.

I don't really go to Burger King often but when I do the chicken sandwich is what I usually get. The service was a little slow but not too bad. Employees were friendly as well. Overall the food tasted good, the chicken was big and juicy, and fries were good. Also got a lemonade to drink. Also the parking lot is pretty big so enough room for cars.

This Burger King is slow and they made the wrong shake but gave me a new one and the right shake is amazing she did her thing . I love the Hershey shake . Like in no way disappointed

Definitely not a "fast" food restaurant. Service is more on a slow pace procedure. I've attempted to come during lunch hours and have found myself waiting on line for over 10-15 mins while in drive-thru. Maybe going inside is quicker. Aside from lunch hours I've gone during breakfast and dinner hours and every time I pull up to the window I am asked if I could wait so they can cook something that was missing to my order. On a brighter note: the food is just right and definitely made on the spot.

Don't ever eat here! I went tonight for a school fundraiser and a roach crawled out of my food bag!! That signals a severe infestation. Absolutely disgusting, shut this roach infested fast food restaurant down immediately!!

Usually slow but ok, but tonight was beyond ridiculous. The manager on tonight 11/16/20 was rude, dismissive, unorganized and blamed our 30 minute counter wait on our order of 6 burgers being "too big!" They were filling the drive through orders only and leaving the counter unattended. She raised her voice at us, and told us she does a good job while ten customers stood at the counter unserved. Won't be back to this restaurant until there is a management change!

I mean I have pretty low expectations for this Burger King to begin with but the nasty tone of the person who answered this Burger King was so rude. It was uncalled for. We walked to this Burger King and tried to order for take out. The dining room area was closed and we are not in a car so the drive thru was not triggered (it is weighed sensors). They had a sign on their door saying they're only open to drive thru and if you don't have a car you need to download the app and order through the app. When we opened the app, there was no option to pick take out. I asked if we can just place the order through the drive thru and the lady was so rude!! She said "Nooo" like I was a five year old, and go "Read the sign. That's not what the sign says." Gee. Thanks for being super helpful. We tried to order through the app and for some reason it marked up the price of every item we wanted. In the end we didn't even order. Will not come to this Burger King if I have a choice, ever again and will drive to a further Burger King location just so I can avoid the rude staff here.

The whoppers were the worst I have ever eaten. There was hardly any lettuce, tomatoes were bad, no seasoning, and the meat was cold. The kids working there were using profanity while I sat in the car waiting for my food. Do they have any respect for customers? What if there were minors in the car? Never will I go back again.
