Vi bodde i en Airbnb-lägenhet som var cirka 10 minuters promenad från Fairway Market. Jag blev positivt överraskad över att hitta ett stort urval av färsk frukt och råvaror, matvaror, kött och ost. Allt till rimliga priser. De har en fantastisk uteplats på baksidan av butiken där du kan njuta av några av deras beredda matval. Tyvärr har de ett mycket begränsat urval av vin. På botten av Van Brundt street är ett ombyggt lagerhus på bottenvåningen är Fairways snabbköp ... Ett sådant otroligt ställe: om de inte har det, du förmodligen inte vill äta upp den. En stor frukost med kaffe och juice är ca 10 $. Allt är färskt. Stekt potatis är inte de smaklös, direkt från frysen saker som du får på en massa ställen. Det finns färsk potatis och paprika och lök - massor av smak. Det rostade brödet är gjord av bröd nybakade i bageriet och bacon och korv är utsökt. De gör frukost smörgåsar och du kan också välja något från den ett bageri som en bagel och ta med det över att vara rostat eller gjort i en smörgås. Du gör din beställning på maten tvättstället, får en biljett och betala för det på den registrera där du kan också få specialiteten är kaffe eller en kopp för självbetjäning allt-du-kan-dricka filterkaffe. De hade fyra eller fem olika filter kaffe.
Det var en underbar morgon och vi åt vår frukost utanför i strandlinjen. Inte besöka Red Hook utan att stanna på Fairways
