Som en vanlig Starbucks fan och besökare till NYC blev jag så besviken över tjänsten i denna butik på 2 på varandra följande morgnar. Det var nästan ingen kö vid 6. 30/7. 00 am. Den första morgonen, när hon gav mig de två dryckerna jag beställde frågade jag om en bricka / dryckesbärare, för att få veta "de är där borta", som jag borde ha fått veta. Andra morgonen, medan jag väntade på samma kvinna att brygga mitt kaffe, gick jag på jakt efter min bricka för att hitta att det fanns ingen. Så när hon gav mig mina drycker frågade jag igen om ett bricka. Samma svar: "de är där borta". Och när jag sa till henne att de var ingen, sa hon, "du måste vänta". Hon fortsatte att sakta göra en annan gästs kalla kaffe, en order som hon fick fel och var tvungen att återskapa, för att han inte hade begärt någon is och hon skulle lägga is. Jag stod där i minst 5 minuter och hon gjorde inte ändå få ett bricka för mig eller på något sätt bekräfta att hon förstörde mig första gången på morgonen. Jag slutade med att gå ut. Verkligen chockerande service. Jag kommer inte att använda denna gren igen. Om du besöker, fortsätt ner 49: e ytterligare ett kvarter, sväng höger in Lexington och använd Starbucks strax söder om 48: e. Det är vägen bättre.
