Service is lacking, but the food is spectacular. Huge servings but servers need to smile more and maybe learn some English. I try so hard with Spanish and expect the same in return.

The only thing is the chicken . The service sucks really , sometimes I heard people inside the kitchen arguing and I think if you want to eat inside it's a no no

It was great, everything went well. The food was amazing and I was eating like it was my last feast ever. I would like to have it 1000000 more times a day! The service was great. But don't talk about the wait times. One time I had to wait 2 hours. But besides that I think it was a great place.

Had to update with my recent experiences. Ridiculously long wait times. They tell you 20 minutes and you wait 20 minutes more after arriving. Quality went down and prices went up. Almost $17 for half a chicken?! Really? And their prices vary depending what day of the week you stop in. I doubt I'll be back here. My two stars are generous. ENJOY!!!

-Rotisserie chicken: excellent! I am particular with chicken and this is easily the best rotisserie chicken I have ever had. We've ordered 3x so far and it has been consistently good. The chicken is very well flavored throughout the entire chicken. The seasoning isn't superficial as you can see seasoning upon removing the skin. To top it off, the chicken reheats very well and doesn't get that chickeny taste that most whole chicken does when warmed. The green sauce with which it is served is also very flavorful and makes the chicken even better. I wish they had English-speaking staff so my fiancé doesn't have to depend on me to place the order, lol (although he did manage to order without me once but with difficulty) . Haven't had other dishes but I would def recommend the chicken!

The chicken arrived raw and the raw rice waited more than an hour I don't know what's wrong with the food before it was better

Unfortunately I won't be ordering here again. We Waited an hr and 20 minutes for delivery. Only to get our food delivered to the wrong location after I made sure the lady on the phone had my correct address. She just didn't care, she was extremely unprofessional by picking up the phone saying please hold and just having a casual conversation with another employee while she was eating food. I was on hold for almost 3 minutes and heard the entire conversation. It's clear that customers are not a priority. Especially after paying $61 for 3 items on the menu. I'm good Plenty of restaurants in kearny "On to the Next One"

Stay thirsty my friends. We ordered the Saltado de pollo and the Arroz pollo. They said the small size would be good for 1 person so I ordered 2 dishes. The portion sizes were huge! Normally I would be super excited to have leftovers but these dishes leave much to be desired. The chicken and rice dish is very dry and needs more spice. It has too much salt. The saltado de pollo was better. Again large portion size but also lacking much flavor. The green sauce that they give on the side provides most of the flavor. But just in case you need more they charge $1 for 2 which just seems ridiculous. The prices are competitive but the salty food left me drinking water all night.

Hice una orden a las 3:05pm , me dijeron que se demoraría de 45 min a 1 hora. Después de hora y media llamé a preguntar si es que ya estaban en camino y me dijeron que sí, pasaron 3 horas y nunca llegaron. Llamé a reclamar y no tuvieron la decencia de contestar y mucho menos de llamar para rectificar su error o para disculparse. La orden nunca llegó! El servicio de delivery es atroz!!!
