It was so good steak and cheese there customer service was amazing. Best of all there's barely a line. Only wait time isn't the greatest.

I had Taco Bell two times as of right now, All I had was the soft taco burrito and made some quick video about it which is deleted currently since there's an archive person that can revive stuff that I used to have, Anyway back to the topic the burritos were decent I guess and it wasn't bad or good in any way since it's just a basic burrito nothing special about it.

This is your average fast food chain taco place. The food is good as usual. I would like to see them change their menu. Not sure what exactly I would change but for some reason every time I look at it things are scattered all around and difficult to find. I find it easier to look up the menu online then order. Each visit here the employees are nice and friendly with my kids and I. Nothing says more then seeing people work with a smile.

Several times ordering here through DoorDash and I'm done. - horrible sickening food quality - incorrect orders EVERY TIME - they never include sour cream on supreme items or hot sauce - they don't answer the phone either when you try to call

I ordered Nacho Fries, a 7 Layer Nacho Fries Burrito, and a Burrito Supreme, which came to $11.83. I drove 25 minutes home, put away groceries, and sat down to eat only to find two crunchy tacos. I tried 15 times to call their phone number (from the website and from Google) and Call Failed or Call Cancelled all 15 times. A company like this should not expect someone to have to check their work, to have to drive 20 minutes back to their store, or to pay $11.83 for two tacos. I sent a message through Taco Bell.com about this, but I know my response will be a card for a free item with purchase. What a scam, what a waste of money, and what lazy customer service.

This Tacco Bell has the laziest employees I have ever encountered. Setting the bar low is not helpful as these employees would not measure up to the lowest metrics. Just awful. May as well shut it down.

I came here to pick up lunch around 12:45 pm on a Wednesday and it was the quickest drive thru experience I've ever had, like less than two minutes total! There weren't any cars in the drive thru, the lady taking my order was very nice and confirmed my items and my food was handed to me as soon as I paid. I was v impressed by this tbell.

I went to a corporate meeting in the area. I placed an order I sat and ate. Food was excellent. I was throwing out my trash, i accidentally threw my keys with it. I went outside and noticed. so I went back in and told Anecia Eley. She came out behind the counter and I was about to go through the garbage can and she wouldn't let me. She said I'll do it and she went through 2 garbage cans for me. I was immediately impressed with the customer service. This was an overall great experience. I hope upper management acknowleges your hard work and dedication, Anecia Keys. You are Rare!!

Forget for a moment that this place is really Taco Hell not Taco Bell it still fails. The service is typically slow and unfriendly. Today I could see that my food was ready but if I didn't ask for it I'm not sure that I would have received it.
