Surprisingly lackluster pizza. This used to be one of my go-to locations before the pandemic. I am not sure what happened, but something has changed. The sauce was insipid and tasteless. The crust was also tasteless. There are a plethora of pizza places in NJ and probably a half-dozen within a stone's throw of this location. They need to pick up their pace.

Just got the skimpiest $14 hoagie I've ever had. I feel ripped off. Single layer of meat and single layer of cheese on a big roll with lots of lettuce. Don't waste your time or money. My last time spending my money here - shame on me.

Really disappointed. For years, Gaetano's used to be known for having better cheesesteaks than Philly. Had one tonight where they couldn't be bothered to drain the grease even a little. Soaked right thru the bun. Wrong cheese added. Wrong sauce added. Fries were fried in what tasted like week-old oil. Truly sad to say that this place has really dropped thru the floor quality wise.

Gaetano's Pizza Review! I have no idea how to describe what went wrong here. This pizza was an offense to god. The cheese on this pizza made me want to quit these reviews. For the price of $2.47 per slice you would expect them to use cheese that reminded me of chewing tires. Crust: 6.5/10 Cheese: 2/10 rubbery af Sauce: 8/10 Price 6/10 Overall: 22.5/40 Grade: F

Been to the Gaetano's on Burnt Mill Road for over two decades. They were terrific. This off shoot is lacking. They screwed up the order. It was on time but ...

before this new owner took over, I bought their food at least once a week. Now, the fries are soggy and looked like HALF an order compared to before. The prices are way too high for the nasty quality of this food. We will NEVER order from here again. We'll go the the Pennsauken Gaetanos from now on.

Another solid meal from Gaetano's in Maple Shade. Got the Caesar salad again, an order of onion rings and 8 boneless buffalo wings. I'm a big fan of their Caesar dressing, it's got a wonderful mix of creaminess and garlic/anchovy flavor mix. This time I got it made with their crispy chicken, which was the same thing as the XL tenders on the menu cut up...not a bad thing at all, they're wonderfully seasoned and cooked perfectly. The onion rings were a nice surprise! A similar seasoning to the breading as their chicken tenders and served with marinara, they weren't too soggy or too crispy. Big fan! The only letdown was the boneless wings. While the chicken was cooked well, the breading was too soggy and didn't really hold up. A firmer, crispier breading would have done them well. Hoping to finally get to their cheesesteaks and pizza for the next time!
