Albert's transport was amazing for limo service. Hired them back in May of 2015 for my senior prom and it was an amazing experience that I'll never forget.

Our driver FELL ASLEEP while driving us to our drop off. Took me calling 5 times to speak with a manager, all we got was a $150 refund.

Recently used Albert's for a wedding. Vans AC was not working. Driver was rude, never introduced himself, never assisted the bride with getting on or off. When asked about the AC stated "it's on". Pathetic customer relations. Will not use or recommend. The venue is well aware and will not recommend them to anyone.

I have used Albert's in the past and have booked them again for an event this summer. I love that I am able to requests quotes online, make a decision, and call in to book and pay over the phone. You do not have to fill a contract in-person. Receipts are emailed which is great for record keeping. The drivers are always early, well dressed and extremely polite. The interiors of the fleet vehicles are impeccable and many include soft drinks and snacks which the kids in my niece's sweet 16 LOVED! Please note they offer shuttles which are a great option for weddings or other large parties. Albert's prices were significantly better than other South Jersey transportation companies.

Albert's has been my go-to transportation service to and from the Philadelphia International Airport for the past year. They are a first class act starting with the receptionist(s)...it goes a long way to say that you can "see" the smiling face just listening to the kind and friendly voice over the phone. The drivers are always on time, professional, courteous and their fleet of vehicles are tidy, clean and comfortable. As with most transportation services, they charge a flat rate which varies depending on what type of vehicle you book but reasonable; plus 20% gratuity and a $5.00 parking fee (for the airport). Please note that these are all up-front charges (including tip/gratuity), so an additional tip at the drop off is strictly at your own discretion. They always confirm your reservation a day head via e-mail to include all the pertinent details of your pick-up and drop off to ensure you're good to go. I highly recommend Albert's for the best in service for all of your transportation needs!

I emailed for a quote and sent the below info. "Comments: Price quote to pick up 2 people at house in Marlton on morning of 8/27/17 at 5:30 am. Then pick up 3 more at another house in Marlton and take all to philly airport. Will need pick up service on Thursday 8/31/17 at 2:30 pm." They email me a quote for $303. I call to book it and make the reservation. They then email me a confirmation with a new price of $333. When I asked why it was $30 more they said "because there are two pick up locations." I cancelled the reservation. This is not good business. If they made a mistake in quoting then honor the quote. Do the right thing. If I failed to mention a second pick up then that's on me. If it's your mistake, then it's on you. I would have liked to have given them a chance but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Super disappointed in Albert's. We had a $100 gift card to use, the gift card stated minimum of $325 in services for wedding party/ bachelorette party. We wanted to use this for our wedding to transport to Newark airport for our wedding party- which was over the $325 minimum. They refused to let me use the gift card and told me it "bad business". The receptionist was trying to be helpful, but I received a phone call back from Joe who was a true POS. Would give this place a 0 out 5 if I could.

I made arrangements with Albert's for a group to be transported to the cruise port in Bayonne NJ on a Sunday and picked up the following Sunday. From the moment that they arrived I knew that I had made a wise choice. The bus was immaculate and looked brand new. The driver was very professional in every aspect- including his appearance- and was helpful in getting all of our luggage on board and settling us in. He was an excellent driver and we literally had door to door service. On the Sunday of our return, I received a text from our driver that he was in the parking lot and I was to let him know when we were through customs. When I did, he came to our exact location, loaded all of our bags and drove us home safely. This driver was different from our first but was just as professional, courteous and again, an excellent driver. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and we use them again for all of my transportation needs.
