This place was okay. Stayed two nights while visiting my son who's in college. Priced reasonable. Friendly front desk folks. Room was decent, although the ceiling was marred by what was probably a roof leak. Clean though, and a comfy bed and a strong AC. Breakfast was good, standard fare. I'd stay again.

Recently stayed here on a week long stay while in the Philadelphia area. This hotel could be a hit or miss depending on where you stand. The good is that this place has pretty decent breakfast, easy to check in at and there's even a fitness center. Modern room amenities too. The cons would be that there's always outside noise from people nearly every night. I was on the fourth floor and heard something nearly every night. The elevator is really slow and it's pretty dark and shady inside. Hallways are a bit dark and outdated. Cozy breakfast area. Overall, fair quality stay.

This a typical Hampton inn that I agree with other reviewers needs some updates. The elevators can be a little scary and the rooms just feel old. But the room is clean so that gets a point. Located on what I call a hotel row(many options on the same row) there is nothing to stand out but the people checking in and out were super nice. The breakfast bar needs work as well. We didn't eat anything bc it looked unappetizing. Food options near by and located right off the interstate for your travel needs.

A quick review: I spent 10 days at the hotel. I usually stay across the street at the Hyatt but I thought I would give this hotel a try this time. -We had a 2 queen room that was so small we couldn't pass each other without the other moving between the beds. -When I asked the cleaning staff for 5 washcloths, she said "no, only 4." Then, when they cleaned the room, they took them all even though they were still clean. Maybe its me, but I just didn't get that. LOL -Breakfast was decent. It changed slightly each day. Pork and chicken sausage one day, bacon and turkey bacon another day along with potatoes and scrambled eggs. Also, oatmeal and sometimes bagels and yogurt were offered. Oh, and waffels. -Bed and pillows were fine, but small shower! -Staff was wonderful. - My main complaint about this hotel and the reason I will never return is that they played FOX NEWS in the breakfast area every single day that I was there. (On BOTH TVs) Nothing else. They could have played anything more neutral, CNN, GMA, HGTV, Animal Planet, anything, but no I had to listen to that everyday. I felt a polital agenda was being shoved down our throats every minute we were there. That was a conscious choice made by hotel management. I will never return. Back to the Hyatt I go.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the greater Philadelphia area for work. Checked in and the staff was very friendly - both the front desk as well as the cleaning staff during our stay. However, some very contradicting points to this hotel: the elevator looked like it was buffed with a Brillo pad and beat with a ball bat, but the bedrooms were solid. The bedrooms were solid but the bathroom shower stall looked really dirty upon checkin. I also will say that the fitness center may be one of the best I have used while staying at Hampton inns: Peloton bike which helped me continue my streak of biking, large area for TRK as well as new dumbbells. Breakfasts left a lot to be desired - no real switch up - coffee was lukewarm and just very pedestrian in that department. OK

This hotel needs some updates in the interior. The bathroom sink and wall had visible damages. The first impression was neat and clean when I first walked in the room, but I saw lots of dirts and hairs on the floor when I looked carefully. The mattresses were very soft and not really comfortable. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast in the morning, but the dinning area was very small. The breakfast includes hot items (sausage, scrambled eggs), a few kinds of boxed cereals, waffles, bakery items, etc. in general, the staff were very friendly and helpful and I felt welcoming when I checked in. The hotel location was very convenient, close to shops and restaurants.

Filthy room. I booked here for 4 nights. My room was cleaned once. They gave us new towels and emptied the overflowing trash cans. That is it. I called the Hilton 856 number and they said they put in a request with the manager here but that would be in the morning that they would get it. I will sleep on dirty linen and pay for it which makes me mad.

I sure am glad we only spent one night here at the Hampton Inn. I wasn't expecting much by this place but I feel like I was still expecting to much for what we got. Only positive was that the staff was friendly. Hotel is pretty dated and is in desperate need of a good face lift. Carpets were stained, bed sheets were stained, and found several clumps of hair all over the room. Our room was incredibly drafty so no matter what I turned the heat to we were cold and I'm someone that never gets cold. Bathroom door is a slider that leaves a large gap between it at the wall so anyone else in the room can hear everything. Speaking of hearing everythint I'm pretty sure the person in the room next to us was dying because I could hear them coughing up the black plague all morning long. Toilet seat was detached and slid all over the place. Elevator was a pretty scary ride up to the 4th floor too. The thing rocked, creaked, and banged. If it wasn't the only way to get my wife and her wheelchair up to our floor I would have opted for the stairs. Perhaps they no longer have a cleaning or maintenance staff, that would explain some things. Overall I wouldn't recommend, you can definitely find better options at the same price.

I picked up a client at this Hampton Inn in Mt. Laurel, NJ, to attend a meeting nearby. I was there just long enough to hang out in the lobby while he came down from his room. My impression was that the facility was somewhat dated, but clean and functional, with a nice size breakfast room and coffee service table operating 24/7. Still, in the ten minutes I waited, no one was at the front desk to assist me, nor be sure I didn't walk out with the large coffee urns or tea packets. Upon inquiring of my associate about his stay, he explained that he stayed at a lot of Hilton Properties, but tried to avoid Hamptons due to the overall lack of service (room service and morning make up), and the older electronics in the rooms, where WiFi was spotty and the flat panel televisions too small for comfortable viewing from the bed. It was only for two nights so it was tolerable. He was happy to pass on their breakfast (too much process food) and join me for a brief stop at the local Starbucks for cold brew, latte and their great lemon pound cake. Would he choose to stay their again? Nope. He was leaning toward the nearby Hyatt Place, with which Hampton shared a driveway.

Front desk Samantha went out of her way to help me with a reservation from a 3rd party that was going to double charge me for my stay. The room was comfortable and clean - the breakfast was good while traveling - Thank you Samantha !!!
