If I could give 10 stars I would. My friends and I needed visas for a trip to Brazil which we realized with only 8 business days to spare. Frantically, I called 7+ visa expedite companies (cibtvisas, travisa, abriggs, the list goes on) and they all said it would take a minimum of 20-30 business days. Through a friend, I was put in contact with Francine who was able to get it done in just 8 days!!! I couldn't believe how easy the process was thanks to her expertise. The price was incredibly fair and she kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would recommend Francine to anyone looking for visas or assistance with travel. She has connections all over South America and gave great advice. What Francine did was nothing short of a miracle and she saved my trip. I'm a loyal customer for life.

Very rarely do I review companies, businesses, restaurants, etc. on yelp, partly because I just don't have the time, and partly because I am hardly impressed with the service that is provided to me. However, Francine is nothing short of a saint. She prepared tourist visas and coordinated arrangements with the Brazilian consulate for my travel group of 6. The process couldn't have been easier, but judging from experiences and reviews online, this historically is not an easy process.
