I've been going to this Subway for a couple of years and have always had a good experience. The service is usually pretty fast, and they recently renovated, creating a more open space with tables to sit and eat. They have the best customer service.

This Subway is located on Lock and Central, and also has a convenience store attached to it if you're looking for chips n' drannkk. Honestly, the first few times I got subs here I thought the food was pretty standard... not great and not bad. THEN, one day I found hair in my sandwich. It was super long, probably a chick's. I took one long look and was like... NEVER AGAIN smh.

This subway is probably the worst I have ever been to. The people who work here are very cheap with the toppings and are not patient at all. I asked for olives and banana peppers I got maybe two pieces of each and when I asked for more they were trying to charge me. I also asked for guacamole on the side and they wouldn't do it because it would have used a soup bowl and then they said they would have to charge me for soup and guac and I wouldn't even have gotten the guac.

I came here for a salad on a rainy Sunday afternoon. When I ordered I asked for the dressing on the side, and the lady said no problem. I got my bag and walked in the rain to the library to do homework and eat my salad. I sat down and opened the bag only to find no dressing!!! I asked for dressing on the SIDE not none at all ! So I asked my friend to watch my stuff while I walked back to subway, in the rain, no umbrella, to get my dressing. When I told the lady I didn't get any dressing she said to bring the salad back here and they can put the dressing on. Well I left my salad at the library so it wouldn't get rained on- why would I bring it back!? That's just another trip ! So I said you can't just put it in a dressing cup or something? Like, I wanted the dressing on the side so I could put it on myself it's really not a hard concept to grasp. She said "I really am not supposed to do this if my manager sees I can get in a lot of trouble." Well it's not my fault you forgot the dressing in the first place!! She gives me the dressing and I walk back in the rain to the library. I put the dressing on my salad and- get this- IT'S THE WRONG DRESSING!!!! Well Subway you just lost a customer because I will never be returning.

Avoid this franchise! This franchise is ridiculously cheap. They put 4 leaves of spinach on my sandwich. When I asked for more, they put 2 more leaves. The cucumbers are cut paper thin. When I asked for more cucumbers, they told me that I would have to pay more. I like Subway generally. Other stores are generous with the toppings. This store is not! The regional manager who oversees this location should do something about this.

The worst service I've seen thus far. I came from out of town and the first guy took my order pretty good but then the next person adding the extras on top didn't listen I asked for diced food he cuts them in half and then they're very stingy with the vegetables four slices of cucumber and tomatoes ?! And I had to spend 10 dollars on a shitty sub to top it off he rang me up and my change was 9.83 he gave me 9 dollars that I didn't realized until I walked out, I walked back in and I asked for my 83 cents he gave me an attitude and said this is a change machine people will walk off with your change but he didn't say a damn thing when I was leaving and I didn't hear any change at all Worst service I've ever had I wish there was a publix up here I would rather spend my money on a good ol sub than mediocre crap and shitty customer service
