Service was great, the restaurant was fairly clean and the burger was okay. But I swear if their patties get any thinner they are going to be transparent. I miss the old Lota Burger platform.

OK, this is not my cup of tea or should I say hamburger? I think this place strives to be like Whataburger but it's no Whataburger. See the picture below. What is thicker the onion, the tomato or the meat? I'd say the onion. So the burger didn't have much of a taste. The restaurant is plain and not kept up. Overall, the place looked scruffy. The menu is quite limited. Took us, a group of five, at least 20 minutes or more to get our burgers and we walked in with no one in the restaurant. People came after us, and it seemed that they worked on their orders first before filling ours. If I have to choose, I'm going choose Whataburger every time. This is the type of place you go to when there is nowhere else to go to!

So came to visit family in NM. My nephew told me that Blake's had very good burritos and hamburgers. So before we headed back home we stopped in to try it out. I must say the best adovada burrito I've ever had. The place was clean and the staff was ok. I would definitely come back again

Rev I used to be a loyal fan of Blakes--an iconic spot for affordable, no-frills New Mexican fasr food. It had that classic theme: no dine-in, just good eats served fast, with bold flavors and prices that made it easy to come back again and again. But lately, the experience has taken a disappointing turn. The food has lost its punch. The chili, once fiery and flavorful, now tastes watered down and bland. The overall quality has dropped, and the prices have climbed to a point where it no longer feels like the affordable go-to it once was. It's hard to watch a beloved local spot lose its way. Blakes needs to reflect on what made it special--affordable, delicious New Mexican food--and get back to those roots. Albuquerque deserves better

We went straight to Blake's after our flight from Seattle thanks to the recommendation of a friend of a friend! I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and seasoned fries from the drive thru, and both were amazing. The fried chicken was perfect, and slathered in their Blake's sauce. They were generous with the fries and the ketchups. While we did not dine in, we enjoyed our food on the way to our lodging. What a treat-I would definitely come back!

Store looked closed parking lot empty. Upon entering g two people were mopping and cleaning counter, completely and rudely ignored me. Went to the counter and waited a couple minutes, no acknowledgement, So I left went back a few minutes later went to drive up window, placed order, rudely dealt with at window then, when I got to my room Chili dog had been put in container upside down looked deliberate, don't know what I did to deserve their wrath, but I'll not be going back!! 8/19/25 approx. 4:30 ps chili dog was pretty good cheeseburger just ok, milkshake was filled with crunchy bits of what seemed like bits of the pineapple core, had to spit them out after each sip

Blakes lotaburger in aztec has the worst employees my hamburger the bun was like they dipped it in the fryer and had finger markers in bun this happens the last 2 times that's the last time I will eat at blakes..

The service was slow and no one notice me. Blake's management needs to have at least 3 workers out. The 2 didn't cut it and can't blame them but they couldn't been more nice. Management here sucks! Went to Burgerking because of this issue.
