The breakfast burritos are always really good, the only thing is that when you call in an order it sends you to a slow answering machine.

What a shameful place. The worker is full of nasty hickies. The tables look black and the drinks are all broken. We love a good lotaburger but this place is a disaster. I'd venture to say this is worse than the one back home. This place is poorly managed, dirt, and a train wreck. What a shame. I used to really love lotaburger and this place is such a disappointment. I have nothing positive to report.

Didn't have to spend that much to get a good meal. Food came very fast, even gave me a free drink. Other reviews seem unnecessarily harsh and irrelevant to the quality of the restaurant. Workers were very friendly and had a small stream of customers, who they handled impressively fast. This seems like the type of place locals would go to regularly. No drive thru, which almost makes it better. Nice place, stop in for a burger.

Got a breakfast burrito with beans. The beans tasted dry and not fresh... I expected better quality. Maybe the burritos with meat are better but I do not recommend the bean breakfast burrito!

Debbiemarez13 Totally disgusted, was given chewed up meat, that looked and tasted like crap old like it had been sitting for hours. Knew it wasn't fresh when it was given to me in a matter of minutes 3 minutes fries were old sitting in bin for a while. Called to complain and got run around from several different stores. They Refused to make it over and just issued a refund. The store mgr analise has customer service skills none!!, she is rude and unprofessional and severe attitude problem. If this is the type of employees lotaburger uses as a representation of lotaburger product and employee unprofessionalism I feel bad for there shrinking profit margin because of this store and it's so called mgmt staff.

Just pulled to store to find a guy taking a dump right in front of a door. Looked like he made the door at main entrance his living room. Tried to call restaurant, no answer...tried several times no answer. Tried calling corporate office, mail box was full. If you go to this restaurant this is what you will find.

While I do enjoy the burgers on occasion, I do have concerns. The commercials for the breakfast burrito states they use fresh cracked eggs, yet at every Albuquerque location I have been to, I cannot order an egg white burrito. I am told they use eggs from a carton that contain yolks! How is this not false advertising and how does this help people with dietary restrictions? Shame on you!
