This is the worst Dunkin. The customer service sucks! They also "have 2 sesame bagels and that's about it" Don't waste your time.

Don't waste your time driving to this location! I've come to this location twice and they're always sold out of donuts or closed early. We pulled up in the drive thru at 7pm and there was an employee inside. I was parked outside for 8-10mins. No answer. I don't know if they closed or not.

The service here is SLOW. Nearly 20 minutes at the drive thru for just a coffee and a donut, the coffee being the wrong order on top of that. They were not even busy.

Workers are lazy and never have donuts, incredibly rude, mainly a boy that works night incredibly rude and cussed at us everyone else is always a sweetheart fire him and get a new employee

Ooof....bad place. Looked like there were three new people and that's it. Drink was completely wrong, sandwich and donut were served in a small bag and a weird box. Girl who kinda knew what she was doing was not friendly at all. No napkins in the place. Of course, management nowhere to be seen. Too bad, the place is setup pretty nicely but just no guidance or experience at all.

Everytime I come here there's never any donuts. So annoying. The door is always locked so you can't get down to have a snack inside as well. This location is not it unfortunately.

Go to the Dunkin' by the University instead. This one takes waaaay too long and has pretty bad customer service. Maybe because it's a new one? Not sure..

They never have donuts. Twice we've put in orders online. The first time was around 10:00 am and they quite literally didn't have ANY donuts, stating their bakers hadn't shown up. The second time was around 2:30 pm and all they had was maple and strawberry. It's never updated online so we've already paid for a dozen of what they should have but leave with either nothing, or ones most of us don't like. How does a donut shop not have donuts and expect to stay in business???
