THE BEST OF THE BEST- Finer than Fine- FINESET; Unbelievable service for 6 days. Immaculate Stretch Limo for my family & fantastic blacks for my working days. We were here for an event and the Owner, Demitrio, took personal care of my family while his fine drivers accommodated my tri-citi tarvels. I have traveled the world & this was amongst my finest. I use Elegance Limo often for work travel and this company is the BEST! I often get Larry who is one of the best drivers I've worked with. On time, kind, knows exactly when I am up for conversation and when I need to sleep on the drive from Santa Fe. Would recommend them to anyone looking for limo/car service needs!

For any of you who need a dependable and safe ride I would highly recommend Elegance. Joe Garza was our driver and he was super. When we arrived at the airport at Albuquerque he met us at the bottom of the escalator with a sign with our name dressed in a very smart black suit. Retrieved our bags and had us wait for him to go and get the car. Then we gave us very cold water which we really needed. I was very impressed with the service we received and we will use them again. Yes, it is pricey but worth every dime. Our flight was late and if we had used the bus or other transportation we would have been in trouble. Joe followed our flight and knew we left Los Angeles late and made sure he was waiting for us. Thanks Joe.

I would give 10 stars if I could. My daughter and I recently used Elegance Limousine service from ABQ to Santa Fe. Our flight from Atlanta was supposed to get in at 10:15PM but didn't arrive until 4:00AM!!!! Communication was excellent! I received texts/emails to let us know our driver was on his way, etc. I can not express how happy we were when Stephen Martinez was waiting for us, as promised, even though we were 6 hour late arriving. We were so exhausted! Stephen showed us to the car which was right outside, loaded our luggage and we were on our way to Santa Fe. The ride was comfortable and quiet. Thank you Stephen!

If you want true white glove service, call Elegance Limos. The team is phenomenal and they do everything to make your day/night one to remember. The cars are super clean, comfortable, and make you feel like you are a member of royalty. Demetrio takes pride in caring for his customers and making sure all needs are filled. One important piece is being on time and Demetrio didn't only make it on time, he was early and he literally rolled out the red carpet for us. Awesome experience! One week to our wedding and here we were scrambling for a limo company to help us get around. Thank GOODNESS for these guys! They came to our rescue. Not only were they on time picking us up, but they were so easy to work with and Demetrio was the nicest person ever. The limo was super comfortable and it was such a welcome sight after a long, long day. I can't recommend them enough. I knew going in that there was a competitor out there who didn't have the best reputation, and I refused to call them to book. I'm glad I never caved. All I can say is the name says it all. I received a professional quote, a text when my driver was arriving, and once the vehicle arrived it was nothing but professional. The Vehicle was ultra clean, the driver was SUPER professional and attentive. I appreciate the communication prior to my event, this gave me one less thing to worry about.
