Staff here is top tier. Whatever you need, they'll get for you. The amenities are top notch - robes, slippers, complimentary water, barista on site, etc. The bed felt like butter! Not too much noise at night or during the day. Truly a beautiful, special hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. Arianna at the front desk truly went above and beyond -- she greeted us warmly and made us feel immediately welcomed. Even with the hotel being quite busy that weekend, she and the team graciously complimented us with an upgrade for our first night to help accommodate the high number of guests. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really set the tone for a special stay. The property itself is beautiful -- modern design, relaxing atmosphere, and incredible attention to detail throughout. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely eager to make our experience perfect. We can't recommend Hotel Chaco enough and are already looking forward to coming back

Hotel Chaco is a great hotel if anyone is visiting. From the staff to the amenities, this is the place!! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is a decent size and the gym is open and super clean. The fifth floor, the restaurant is amazing. The host, bartenders are awesome and sure can make their concoctions really tasty and delicious but ambiance is beautiful either to drink or eat or both during the day or night! Noah, Mary at the Front Desk and the Valet Team, all of you had made this experience for the stay very pleasant and fun with all y'all's interactions!! And Mary, thank you again for assisting me in finding my $1k towel ;D

Had a lovely visit to the spa at Chaco yesterday! A lovely massage in a beautiful and relaxing environment. There is a dry sauna, as well as a shower and changing rooms. I'll be back!

I loved Hotel Chaco from the moment I entered the incredibly unique lobby that makes you feel like you've entered a posh cave! The staff warmly welcome you (and every time you come in) and offer you water, which is huge for me as coming off a long day of traveling on dry airplanes, all I want to do is drink up. I opted for a basic room, no balcony. Several reviews mention the balcony rooms are next level, but I loved my view of the Sawmill across the street and mountains in the distance. The windows are huge. There's a lot of construction going on surrounding this hotel and the neighboring Hotel Albuquerque, so you're going to be looking out on that no matter what and it's really not a big deal. My room was spacious and comfortable with a great work area which I needed. The bathroom is also large, with a nicely- sized walk-in shower. Bed and linens are quality and the robe couldn't be more luxe. It was such a treat to wrap myself up in it after a long day. I also appreciated the large (usually empty) gym that has a good number of treadmills and ellipticals and yes, a Peloton and a Mirror! Plenty of free weights, yoga mats and two benches. I used the pool briefly, but it was a little too crowded for my liking and I couldn't help but notice the water looking kind of cloudy and a cigarette butt floating past me. There's no outside bar or anything, nor could I find pool towels. I didn't love the pool/hot tub situation (the hot tub was also full of people) but maybe when it's less crowded it's better. My main issue was the thermostat brightness. For the life of me, I couldn't dim it and it's super bright, so I had to pile pillows next to me so the light wasn't killing me as I was trying to sleep. Next time I'll make sure to ask how to fix that because surely there's a way. I didn't get to check out the rooftop bar/restaurant (those prices gave me pause), but I did get a drink one evening at the lobby bar which had a very friendly bartender. I enjoyed my stay at the Chaco and even check-out was a good experience with the nicest guy ever working the desk. The staff at this hotel couldn't be better! Best part: the Sawmill food hall is steps away and it's pretty incredible, full of vendors that I loved and tons of indoor/outdoor seating. I'll write a separate review for that.

It says 3 1/2 stars on yelp. Lol. It's laughable. It means the idiots who've given it less than 5 stars don't know a thing about hotels. Zero. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at anywhere and I've stayed in many 5 star all over the world. People are clueless. From the architecture to the cleanliness one of the top ever. The beds and linens the cleanest and best I've ever experienced. The service. Amazing. For a hotel in New Mexico it puts all of the others to shame. Including the supposed chi chi hotels I've stayed at in Santa Fe. Pleas don't waste my time with anything less than 5 stars. You know nothing. Well done Chaco. Amazing.

Lovely hotel, adjacent to the ever popular - Saw Mill. Upon entering the room; I knew we erred by not booking a balcony room. The window in our room was small, dirty and overlooked a parking lot, hotel and the dumpsters below - dismal = The room did not receive much light. We requested to upgrade twice but they were unable to accommodate us. We spent four days at Hotel Chaco. We were here to attend the Day of the Tread. We were surprised that there were no breakfast offerings (as early as we required) at the hotel before the events. We had to walk down the road to purchase food. *Consistent (early morning) coffee service in the lobby would have been appreciated as well. The room was nicely appointed, the amenities acceptable. We loved the comfortable robes and appreciated the slippers. The fitness center was one of the best we've used - it had everything you'd need, from yoga mats to Peloton machines. Housekeeping was exceptional! Victor and Edward were helpful and offered a wealth of information - thank you. We will be back next year, and hope to book a balcony overlooking the pool.

This hotel is amazing. The aesthetics and details really make it a cut above. Room 204 is the best, with a shaded view of a fountain/garden area from the main balcony (with couch, chair, and 2 tables) and another balcony on the other side with chairs/table. The Level 5 restaurant has a small but well done menu, wonderful cocktails, and brunch is great (eggs Benedict was wonderful), however be warned that what the brunch menu describes as "breakfast potatoes " is much closer to potato chips. Overall it's pricey but worth every penny.

My fiancé and I were looking for a place to stay very late after a long drive. We decided to try Hotel Chaco since the ratings looked great and it was right across from Sawmill, which we were interested in visiting the next day. We had checked out a few other hotels before coming here, but the service and ambiance at those places weren't great. As soon as we walked into Chaco, the place was magnificent, and we were greeted and helped by Mary, who ultimately was the deciding factor for us to book the hotel. She was so kind, welcoming, and comforting. When we travel, what matters most to us is the people we interact with, and Mary has all the qualities needed for outstanding customer service. We travel often, and we would definitely stay here again -- first because of Mary, and second because of the hotel itself. I hope Mary is recognized for her awesomeness, and we highly recommend this place!

Like WOW! Hotel Chaco is like walking into a museum. We Uber here so not sure about the parking situation. We stayed here a night as it was walking distance to Old Town Albuquerque and several cool wine bars in the area. The rooms are nice and everything feels modern and clean but this is the place to stay if you want something away from the main city, it's quite, modern and artistic. Walking into the hotel I was greeted by the statue remembering me of the scene from "Better Call Saul". The lobby has a gift shop, small museum a lobby bar and a quiet area with a nice working fireplace to sit, relax and reflect. Outside of the lobby there is a waterfall and chairs to sit, chat and reflect while enjoying the calming sound of water. We found plenty of places to eat nearby, used maps on our iPhone and suggestions from people working at the hotel.
