Wedding limo Rented a stretch hummer for my wedding day in August of 2010. They were great. We went and got to look at the cars before hand and even go to go for test drives in them. We selected the hummer stretch limo and was not disappointed. Day of. Limo arrived early and was immaculately clean. The driver was dressed nicely and even helped us with the loading of the wheelchair. We were excited and loved the limo. The driver didn't know where the church was so my bridesmaid with us gave him directions. We arrived a bit late due to getting lost and passing the church but it was great. Hired them for a corporate event to transport 24 people from Tamaya to our location. Their limo bus was much more business friendly without the stripper pole and room for up to 27 people. The bus arrived early and in great shape. The driver was awesome and did a perfect job! Only downside was a lack of communication prior to the day. Expected to receive an email from them with confirmation which never materialized. Would definately use again!

Let me preface by saying our driver "O" was absolutely awesome. Can't say enough good things about the guy. But dammit the organization and business ethnic is horrible at best. I planned, what I thought was going an epic night out for my wife's 35th Birthday. It was epic to say the least. We were picked up in a stretch Lincoln that had zero suspension. I'm not exaggerating, no suspension! I meant the back end was literally scraping the ground. I told O to pull over and see if we could try and resolve the issue in 100 degree weather, because if was like riding in a monster truck. Our drinks and everything else were all over the limo. O and I worked on it for twenty minutes until we were both soaking wet, and could not resolve the issue. We got back in the car and drove thirty minutes to hesitantly picked up the rest of our party. We bounced n' tumbled for another 20 minutes to our destination, spilling our drinks the entire way. It was like and Jeep excursion in Colorado. But wait,.......it gets better. At the end of the night, our party of 7 was picked up with a full car of wasted bachelorettes and the limo was completely trashed. They were definitely as unhappy as we were, and weren't shy about it. We had to ride with them for 40 minutes to the other side of town with my 75 year old mother. They were rude, not to mention completely inappropriate. The only thing I heard from O was that it happens sometimes. Are you effin serious!!This is a regular occurrence!? I requested, at the very least, a discount and didn't even get a response. I would rather walk than use these guys again. Lucky Boyz is a horrible name, the only lucky thing that happened is that we made it home. Vert, very disappointed unsatisfied customer. Take my advice and look elsewhere for your limousine needs.

A HORRIBLE LIMO SERVICE: Dear friends, if you are ever in need of a limo service in New Mexico, specifically the City of Albuquerque, NM DO NOT USE LUCKY BOYZ LIMOS or AMERICAN LIMOS (They are the same company). This past weekend I reserved a limo for a close friend's wedding and when the car arrived it was in such poor physical condition- (Sun beat Roof Top, Dented body, AND A BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER!) This limo looked nothing like the photo they showed me online. The AC was SO BAD that the entire wedding party decided to stop and exit on the spot after and hour in the heated limo cabin. THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND AND DID NOT FOLLOW-THROUGH WITH IT... SPECIFICALLY THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME WHEN I CALLED TO FOLLOW-UP Needless to say - The staff is extremely unprofessional, and the limos are poorly maintained. The reception woman's name is Margarita - who is the most unprofessional of all. I will never use this service again when in NM.

Excellent customer service from our driver Tommy! On time, kind and patient. Reliable service with a clean limo. Provided ice and cups was a great touch. My only concern was that the limo was a little old and dated and the seats were worn. Would recommend and hire again!

If I could give this business a -1 star, I would. They employ sketchy business practices. For example, bill your credit card before you get the limo services. Find a more honest limo operation or you will be sorry.

I initially called for same day service to show appreciation for my father who is on his last lap in life. While I was quoted for 4 hrs of limo service from 4pm to 8pm, my driver didn't show up until 6pm. Our driver Joe was fantastic though. Joe was very professional but Steve Garcia is a thief. When I called him to dispute the charges he said "you're lucky you got the H2 for the price he quoted". The constant rumbling and smacking sound under the floor was disturbing. The radio was inoperative but what sealed the 1 star was the condescending attitude from Steve. I have used many limo services across the country but this one, by far, is the worst company ever. Do NOT get them. I implore you. Run! Anywhere but here.

I was hesitant to call lucky boyz due to the bad reviews, but I'm really glad I did! We booked a last minute ride for my sister's 30th birthday. The staff was very accommodating, in contrast to 3 other companies I called in town, these guys would do a 1 hour ride for a reasonable rate and did not treat me like this was a silly question. Our driver, Joe, was courteous, professional and even gave us a lil extra cruising time. He really made it a pleasant experience. The car was clean and modern. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because I had to give my card information more than once, which would make me nervous no matter what. I think they should use Apple square or something more secure. Overall, a very good experience! Hopefully this is a good sign for their business.

I only gave this company one star because I couldn't give them negative stars! Don't use this company. They are crooks! I made a reservation, they billed my credit card without my authorization and then they NEVER showed up. They are scum bags! Luckily I was able to get my credit card company to withdraw the charge so these scum bags got nothing and will never get a dime from me. I am telling as many people as I can not to use them. BEWARE of crooks!
