I ordered a potato to go was supposed to have cheese bacon butter and sour cream. Sounded yummy took while for the order and went home. When opened up at home it was missing the las two topping. There solution was to go back. They obviously are not doing quality checks.

When we walked up, there was a sign taped to the door. It said something to the effect of, "We have just had a mass hiring event. Please bear with us as we train our new staff members." Pretty much sums up the experience we had. Some good things, some odd things, nothing truly grievous but far from 5 star. Good things first. The food was hot and fresh, and came out quickly after we ordered. My spud was a little hard but was otherwise tasty. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were friendly and were obviously trying to do well. That said, the cashier taking our order was unfamiliar with the menu and had to get help to answer questions about the food. We had a free cookie from the McAlister's app and nobody knew how to apply it to our order. They finally found somebody who knew how to ring it up properly so that ended well. The standout oddball thing was the iced tea. I have seen this mentioned in other reviews so evidently a staffing change has not fixed it. The sweet tea was NOT sweet. I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2. My daughter ordered sweet, and neither of us could tell the difference between the two. The tea was fresh (still warm) but somebody forgot the sugar when they brewed it. So overall I was a little disappointed but I understand what they were dealing with. Nothing happened to drive me away. I would definitely go back and give them another try just to see if they have straightened things out.

The food was very good and the portions were huge, I did get the king Club. They were very short staffed, they even had to sign up letting you know that when you came through the front door. Took about 25 minutes to get our order. They were very crowded. It was very nice in there, a little loud, but with that many people is to be expected. The staff was very friendly and nice. They were just overworked. One of the girls was running the second register and clearing tables and delivering food.

So I was disappointed in the way the place is kept. Not really being cleaned up and the restroom is disgusting. There was only one girl at register for about ten minutes then someone came out and took care of the line. Staff is friendly and that helps. Wanted a soup and sandwich today. Ordered French Dip and soup of the day; tomato bisque. I have to say the food is delicious. The French dip has plenty of meat and ajus, did spell that right? Hmm. I mean the juice Tomato bisque is good also. The ice tea is brewed just right. So for the food I rate it great for the cleaning not so great

First & last time here. My salad was wilted and black. Chicken tasteless. My 3 yr olds salad wasn't any better. Sad that $42.00 was wasted. Gross. Only good thing was the cashier.

The service today was at a very least, subpar. I waited in line for over 10 minutes before my order was taken, while 3 employees were more concerned with re-stocking supplies, ice, and service items. After my order was taken, it was another 18 minutes before I got a simple cup of soup and an iced tea. This was AFTER one employee saw me waiting for so long that they asked if they could help. Just ridiculous. Needs a new manager.

Uptown sandwich and salad eatery. It is very clean inside, robust menu with plenty of health options. Their tea is very good, especially mixed with their lemonade. I had the club sandwich, and it was pretty simple. Not much meat, not much bacon, and it was pretty dry. I had to ask for extra mustard. There wasn't much mayo as well. Too plain and dry for my liking. We also tried the French Dip, which was very good to include their au jus drip juice. I would return because of one dish and would not recommend the club as it was just too generic. Good bang for the buck on their tea. It's just over $3 for a large drink.

VERY Poor service !!! Person taking the order didn't even turn around to greet us when we approached the counter. It took over two minutes for him to turn around and start taking our order. Restaurant was very empty but it still took them over 35 minutes to prepare two sandwiches and a salad and a soup. Soup was delivered cold and one of our sandwiches's bread had been burned. Employees don't seem to care about the customers at all.

It's pretty good. Easy. Turkey sandwich is really good. Soups are hit or miss. I find most of them rather watery.

It's been a long time since I've ate here. Looks like there's been a remodel to the dining area and it's nice. The space is bright, open, and inviting. The counter staff was friendly and quick.. The food was ok, definitely not what we remember. For example the Savannah chop salad. It was one note, missing the fruits and nuts in the salad. I could go without coming here for a few more years.
