Dear McDonald's (12th St & Indian School):. We came home after an event and decided to drive-thru and get a bite to eat to bring home. We're not big McD's customers, but they are fast and it was later. Small cheeseburgers and fries sounded good. This particular time it was just a little too late and way too fast. As you can see one of our cheeseburgers was missing . . . .the BURGER! Grant you the small burgers are SMALL, but this one was non-existent! Too late to take it back. Next time, I'll sit in the line and check my burgers to make sure there is actually a burger in the bun . . . if there is a next time at this location?

I never give 1-star. I would give zero stars if I could. We came thru the drive thru last night around 8pm. Ordered 2 McCrispy chicken sandwiches ( the larger of the two type sandwiches ) each were to be plain. The order taker assured they order was correct. The sandwiches came as the smaller versions - fully loaded We send them back at the window. The lady said we would have to pay at for difference. $3-00 Then charged nearly $5 and no credit for bad sandwiches. The manager came over and crumpled the receipt and threw it at me. Looked at the original wrong sandwich and threw it in the floor. Then wouldn't refund us. Finally yelled at me and threw a coupe of crumpled singles at me. I am dumb founded. Look at my other reviews.

I came to this store today and while waiting in line at the speaker , the employee told me he'd be right with me , while I'm waiting , 4 other vehicles were already paying for their food. I had to jump out of line and get back in again just to be helped. Not to mention, the employee had his mic on. Even though the conversation wasn't vulgar , I kept hearing about how it wasn't right about whatever some girl who's name think was Maria's schedule was a certain way (I may be wrong on the name but I'm typing just incase I did hear correctly and if management reads this they know it's not some bs review) . I mean it wasn't the worst thing I could have heard but it just wasn't professional. I've never gone to a fast food restaurant and heard them talking on the mic for almost 5 minutes without turning it off. lol THEN! I get to the window to get my food and I tell the young man at the window , mind you I was very kind I didn't even make it seem like I was complaining (maybe that's where I went wrong ) but I told him this and it looked like he had a manager next to him because he was in green , and he kind of just shrugged like he was wondering why I was even saying anything to him and handed me my food so I left . I usually don't complain, because I've experienced even worse things at restaurants, but come on . I can understand being busy and you asking me to wait but if you leave the mic on making me wait while people who were there after me get their food before me , and you're literally just bs-info and I can hear your conversation on the microphone, then that's not cool.

Wow talk about bad customer service this place had no customer service. I went thrushes drive thru and The person was so rude. Once I got my food I moved to the side to verify it was correct. It was not so after driving around the building again I went i and explain what wrong. No one not even the manager who gave me the corrected order apologized. Only thing I hear was them talking about how they were having to destroy another one. Moral of the story go elsewhere.

I love McDonald's because all their food is good but on complaint I have is that the fries don't taste to good any more they used to taste good but not any more and also they sometimes get my order wrong and their ice cream machine almost never works and it's expensive but it's great any ways 4 stars

Manager ELY and window cashier Leylahbah on oct 12 2023 3:11 pm. I drove up first and I was helped second. When I asked for the names, she was wondering why....to hold you accountable! Customer service isn't for every one, so either get shit figured out or find a different job! When I drove up to get my order, the manager asked what I ordered. I told her! Can't you see on your machine....she walked back and said my order back to me.

Worst McDonald's in town. They will overcharge you and lie to your face about being able to fix it. Mistakes can happen, but every McDonald's ever has been able to fix it, these liars don't deserve to have jobs.

If possible I would do 0 stars. Came and the manager was talking to a worker. There was no one in front of me and the registers were empty. The manager pulled out her cell phone and started messing with it. I asked if anyone was working the registers and she didn't even answer me. She finished using her cell and came to take my order. Once I placed my order she didn't even talk to me or give me a receipt she just walked away. My ice cream cone stayed in the counter for like 5 minutes and they wouldn't give me it. I called for someone's attention and they all ignored me with out a response. Finally someone walked in to order and the manager came to take the order. I asked her for my receipt and she rolled her eyes and just threw the receipt at me. Will never step foot in this place again.
