Worst employees ever. The front desk called my room and woke me up at 5am to tell me that I was making too much noise. I told them their call woke me and I wasn't making any noise. They then proceeded to argue with me insisting that I was making noise. When I checked out later I went to the front desk to complain about the early morning call and the person at the desk began arguing that I had was making noise. It is a cheap and noisy hotel. I believe someone was leaving the hotel at 5 am and they dragged their luggage down the stairs and made noise. When I explained this the employee called me a liar and asked for me to leave. She started getting loud and threatening.

Horrible is all I say. Druggies everywhere. When we got there the door was stuck then when we got in the floor was filthy no blankets and 1 towel for 3 people, the bathroom door if you closed it you got stuck in the bathroom... I went to the front desk the guy was rude as hell when I asked for blankets his response I don't have any... like really you charge us for a room that was complete crap. I asked the manager to call me regarding this matter and guess what no call back. Oh and the room had roaches. Disgusting

I had a bad experience, sadly. There were no towels available after I took a shower :( What can be improved is to make sure there are towels available. I know it might not be someone's job but at least take the initiative to make sure your customers have at least one.

I got here and the guys at front desk accused me of stealing my own credit card. There is also a $50 security deposit that I have never dealt with before at any motel 6 I've been to in the past 7 years. This is also the SHITTIEST one I've ever stayed at. There is no toilet paper holder, the toliet seat isn't attached, and the sink is cracked. Crazy that they can charge $100 to stay in a crack house basically.

I pull into the hotel & there is "police activity" of some sort & a guy at the desk complaining of suspicious people walking around...great. The woman behind the counter was very nice & I was checked in quickly. The bed was comfy, & the water in the shower got immediately & had strong pressure, thus the three stars. I learned when I got out of the shower that there were no towels in the room. The ac/heat was really loud and comes on & off constantly. I finally got up & turned it off. This is motel 6, so dont expect the clientele or the numerous people that seem to just hang out there to be the "creme de la creme"...

I cannot believe the rating this place has on hotels.com. It is absolutely disgusting. -sticky crap on the floor -cigarette burns and stains all over the blankets - shower is nasty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months - there's dirty socks behind the bedside table - the furniture is dirty and peeling - I've already been asked twice to help homeless people - a whore is doing her job here - there's trash all over the place in the walkway and sitting in the a/c units I WOULD RATHER CAMP IN A TENT AT A KOA THAN STAY AT ANOTHER MOTEL 6. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I wish I could rate at a negative stars. I am not impressed. The staff member is very nice. The room seems clean but it smells really funny and not in a good way. Took 3 times of getting new keys and the sweet young lady said she hoped they would work tomorrow.

I usually do not give negative reviews but this Motel 6 was so bad I had to. We were there for one night and tend to stay at Motel 6 motels since we travel with our cat. I have yet to stay at one that is this bad. The grounds were VERY dirty and in disrepair, the room itself had such a dirty floor that we had to wash our feet before getting into bed and again before putting our socks on in the morning. There was only one hand towel and washcloth for two people. There was a large cigarette burn in one of the sheets (two beds) and no mattress pad. I called the main desk and was told that housekeeping keeps linens locked up and he didn't have the key. When we booked the room through the Motel 6 app we paid a bit extra to get a mini-fridge. Unfortunately when we arrived there were no mini-fridges anywhere on the property. Not able to get refunded the additional charges since we did not book at that specific location. Last but not least, the bolt lock on the door did not work. We would have moved to a different Motel but were exhausted from a long days drive. At least we did not detect any bed bugs when we inspected the mattresses

This Motel 6 is a bit rough. Meaning the clientele can be on the rougher side. When I walked up to the desk , the guy asked me if I was going to pay with cash or card and I told him I had an online reservation and he was surprised. That alone should tell you a lot. The rooms aren't bad, though a little old. My 2nd night cops were in the parking lot and on the street. Despite this, this Motel 6 is actually in a good location, right off the freeway. If you're used to staying at motels just to sleep at and then moving on, you shouldn't have a big issue here but if you're looking for more, then this might not be the best place for you.
