Review for Blake's Lotaburger (Atrisco & Central): Stopped in for a quick lunch and thought I'd grab the "It's a Burger" meal -- listed at $8.95. I asked for it New Mexico style (green chile & cheese), swapped mayo for mustard, regular fries, and a Dr. Pepper. The total? $20.85. I know I ordered this NM style but didn't expect it to politically gouge me like our state does. Is this the Governor burger. I had to double-check the screen to make sure I didn't accidentally order burgers for the whole parking lot. A couple of add-ons shouldn't cost more than the actual meal. That's not an upgrade -- that's a stickup. I canceled and drove over to Monte Carlo, where for less money I got a real half-pound burger with fresh-cut fries. Bigger, fresher, and without the highway-robbery pricing.

First off we are fans of Blake's from way back. I guess you really can't go home again. Despite relatively poor reviews on Yelp and my niece telling us not to bother we stopped by for a taste of nostalgia. Ordering was interesting for sure. The order taker was training so he gets a break for his lack of knowledge and nervous behavior. A green chile Lotta burger, Lotta burger with cheese and a small fry shouldn't take this long to make. But it did. It looked like there were 5 workers. Drive through was fairly busy but inside it was just us. We waited at an absolutely filthy booth (others needed cleaning also) and finally got our order. Now the good part. Everything was fresh and tasty. Green chile burgers aren't a thing where we live so this was a treat. The cheese burger and fries were terrific. We left full but sadly sad about the sad state of this Blake's. We had seen a few Blake's that were closed or doing drive through only. Maybe this location should do the same. Police activity and a seemingly homeless man wandering in looking for something free didn't add any joy to our visit. Maybe drive through if we ever visit again.

Ordered 2 burritos for 15 dollars, got extra browns on one. Received my order and both the burritos were the same size. Did not get my extra hash browns. Also they charged me an extra dollar for the hash browns. I had to go back and ask for them, but when I got there they said breakfast was over and they couldn't make me any hash browns. Instead they gave me a small fry. Interesting experience. Miguel the attendant was very nice and respectful. I'm not sure about the cooks though. Two out of 5 stars for Blake's lotaburger on Atrisco.

I had not been to this location before but the service was worse compared to another location I had gone too. I had not thought that the customer service could have been worse but it was. The gentleman behind the counter seemed to be more interested in gossiping with his coworkers rather than helping customers. The food was good but it did not make up for the poor service.

The food is old my chili fries came with black chili and bland. It was so disgusting it wasn't even worth the try to call and get new one. Fries were greasy and old. My burger had fresh tomatoes. That's about it that was fresh. And my Dr Pepper was flat and also nasty. If you can avoid this place on coors there is another one and there stuff is better.

Just be prepared to lose money. Every time we have come to this location they always mess up our order. And we only order 2 meals and sometimes a kids meal too. But they never give us the bacon, extra onions etc. You won't get it. And they've even not given us our fries or onion rings. It's not a complicated order. Maybe they do it on purpose, to save ingredients. But just check your bags before you leave.

Don't go to this location if you like hot food and/or are in a hurry. Visited this location on July 29th. Drove right up to the speaker in the drive-thru and placed my order. There was a car ahead of me waiting at the window when I turned the corner, so I waited my turn. And I waited. And I waited some more. 20 minutes worth of waiting. When they finally finished with the car ahead of me and I pulled up to the window, my food was sitting on the counter waiting for me. Apparently it had been waiting for me almost as long as I had waited for it. The fries were ice cold. The burger was lukewarm. And I was not about to ask for fresh food as I was not prepared to wait any longer. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

We were hoping for a good ok' Lotaburger. Sadly the burgers are not the same. What happened to never frozen! However the seasoned fries were good. Under staffed and could use a little more training on customer service! Probably would never come back!

So we went to the Lotaburger at 114 Atrisco Dr. SE. phone number 505-831-2213 I went and ordered a Lotaburger combo. The girl named Madison who worked there, she didn't ask me what my drink was and didn't get my order right and when I complain to the manager, she told me that the girl had mental problems so I told her why don't you get her to clean or do something else she said no she's short of people so she puts her there so she gets orders and then manager will fix everybody's order I said that wasn't right she made me really mad and she said she didn't care. She felt bad for Madison because she had a mental problems "at least" thats what manager says. and I haven't gone in a year and when I went back today it hasn't changed it's worse.

If I could give no stars with still being able to review I would. I have never been to a more unprofessional Blake's in town. Normally, I love Blake's and their seasoned fries, Also being on Keto has limited me on some things I can have so when I'm able to enjoy some fries I take advantage. I go to Blake's mainly for a basic, no bun burger with green chili. This is normally never an issue at literally any other place I have been to even McDonald's! I was second in line and keep in mind that there was no line behind or in front of me and also that my order was not difficult or confusing at all. Being a person who works in retail, I'm very patient and understanding. Once I got my order, there was no green chili and they gave me a basic burger on a bun wrapped up. I understand a mess up so I turned around and tried to get back in line, once I got back to the drive up, nobody answered me and I sat there for about 45 minutes in silence. Nobody offered me help and nobody even acknowledged me. I was there at 4:30pm and it wasn't like they were going to close anytime soon. I tried to call the location and still no answer. This is by far the worse Blake's in town and I do not recommend this location unless you absolutely have to or need to order a cup of water since they are incredibly incapable or simple orders!
