We were in town for a few days and we had to stop at bob's. I had a taco burger and a chili cheese dog, both were 9.5/10! They needed a little more heat. When I was a kid, the chili here was almost unbearable, not it's kinda mild, atleast this time. We fed 9 people for about $55, no drinks. You can't go wrong with bob's.

Bobs on Rio Bravo is a staple in the South Valley community. So many pluses, great taco burgers, foot long chile dogs, Rancho burger, Chile cheese fries, Etc... Service is consistency good. The only negative is that sometimes the chile is sometimes einedible. Great hangover food!

Ordered by phone, and my food was ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. Service was friendly on the phone and in person. Place was clean and well lit for the tables outside. Had the rancho burger LG with double meat, a chili dog and fries. The chili dog had lots of flavor from the chili and onions, but the dog could have used a good sear to bring out more flavor. Chili was flavorful but not super spicy. The fries were warm but not hot. Would have been better hot, but I ordered in advance. The burger was ok, but I expected more from the chili. Maybe they forgot to put it on, but it was pretty bland. Meat Needed a better sear, or more seasoning to help it. Was a bit disappointed. The bun was fresh and the veggies were also. Was hoping for something that stood out...

This bobs has the best and hottest Chile of all the Bobs! The tortilla burger is my go to! It's an older location but it's almost like a historic landmark. There's seats to sit outside and you order at an outside window. It's always pretty busy but they're fairly quick. Definitely give it a try if you happen to be in the south valley!

Went and got some food. Was served this trash. I could understand the wait now with everything going on but why serve this to customers. I work hard for my money to go spend it on something you can't eat. I would pass on bobs burgers. Everytime I got its something. Sho this is a don't stop here recommendation. Spend your money elsewhere. If you go I warned you. Pass pass pass.

Today I went to my local Bob's Burger on Rio Bravo and Isleta. I order beef taquitos (see picture attached) I called and Rebecca answered super nice lady, not sure if she is the manager. I told her about the taquitos being over cooked, not edible. She said no problem let me write down yor information. I went back and asked for her but she had already left. I spoke to Monica should her the taquitos she said there was nothing wrong with them, that she works there and she knows what they should look like. When i told her they were burnt again she said who cares your getting your money back. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of me having to go back. When I was there a man was returning his fries for getting red instead of green. Monica obviously your staff needs more training or maybe your the problem. Bobs I would retrain your staff on customer service.

Wow this is the place. It was taco Tuesday so I got a couple of the green chili taco burgers. Dang they are delicious but be careful if your not into spice hot food get your green chili on the side so you can use what you want as it was spicy but I loved it. I also tried the green chili cheese fries and they where delicious as well. A must try when in town.

My favorite bobs to go to! The food is always tasty and good. The restaurant is clean. It takes a while to get an order on specific days obviously taco Tuesday midday but other than that I'd recommend calling the order in. The service has always been friendly.

This bob's burgers has the best chilie out of any bob's I've been to. It's always consistently hot and delicious. Best to call in your orders and pickup at this location rather then waiting in your vehicle since this location can get busy at times. I just wish this location would get a updated building with a drive thru and dining area with air conditioning.
