I just purchased a large container of frozen green chili regular style. It had an inordinate amount of black chili skins. I can't remove them. There's too many. I understand that there are going to be some in the product however this is just Layin with them not happy one is going downhill has been for sometime. Mr. Garcia would not be happy.

I do catering and buy your chopped green from Shamrock foods. What the heck is going on. Are you forgetting to clean out the black peeling I have to sit and scoop them out .I buy already roasted for convenience not work. I take pride in the way I present my New Mexican food. I just ate the Bueno Foods frozen pork tamales and they were horrible. Worst tamales I've ever eaten. Didn't even taste like tamales.

Oh how I miss Bueno Green Chile- the frozen one is wonderful! Fresh is ethereal. I live in California and there is nothing like New Mexico Green Chile! I miss it so much--wish we could even get Bueno frozen here. I can find Bueno brand organic corn tortillas but that is all I can find.

I am a senior citizen and have made and eaten tamales for many decades. Making tamales is very time consuming and has many steps, each of which must be done correctly. If you are going to go through all the work of making tamales, you usually make many dozens. Being a senior citizen, I no longer wish to go through all of the work but I do still want to eat tamales. I absolutely love Bueno tamales. The masa is light and airy and well seasoned. The meat has exactly the correct amount of seasoning. The masa to meat ratio is perfect. These tamales taste as good as any homemade tamales that I have eaten. I can reach into the freezer and 4 minutes later I have wonderful homemade tamales to enjoy any time I wish. I just wanted to let you know that you are doing everything right and your product is and will continue to be on my grocery list.
