I've been searching for this food truck in Rio Rancho for a few weeks now, hoping for some delicious tacos. Driving after some grocery pick-up we see some lights in a parking area near vivify yoga, we turned around right away to get some tacos. They are in Rio Rancho on the weekends apparently! We ordered the carne asada taco plates. My son LOVED them. He devoured two entire tacos and half a potato at 15 months old and kept signing for more. We will definitely be back!

Best birria tacos in Rio Rancho! I visited the Changos truck parked in Rio Rancho near the movie theater - I was so excited to find them so close to home. We had the birria quesadillas and some asada tacos - so so good! The staff was super-friendly and the food was hot and fresh and for a great price! You will not find food like this anywhere near Rio Rancho - just go already!

I ordered the plate of 4 for 12. And got simple meat cheese and tortilla. By the way I am Mexican and know what real juicy tacos are supposed to look like. It was bad. I've just about given up finding real tacos with juicy meat and tortillas cilantro and onion with salsa. This place ain't it.

Doesn't look like much when driving by but a coworker recommended it me. So glad I stopped by, ordered the birra tacos (comes with 4 tacos, consume, and toppings on the side) they were the best tacos I've had, and the consume was equally as good. Scarfed everything down and wish I had more!

My first time trying birria and I was not disappointed! Delicious, fast and friendly. Definitely worth the drive. The consume could've used a little more flavor but I was really happy with the food overall. The cheese was so good, I think they bring it over from Mexico. And the Mexican sodas, perfect!

Had the opportunity to eat birria tacos with consume from Changos. Very disappointing. Hardly any meat and little to no cheese inside. Consume and tacos required added seasoning of garlic, onion powder, season salt, green or red chile, etc. Quantity and quality did not meet the cost of the food. Long drive for little taste.

Used to love changos but recently they started putting less effort in the food. Very little meat in the tacos and very little cheese. When I ask for extra limes they gave me 1. Very disappointed lately. Quality over quantity.
