Fast food surprise experience - no wonder Chick-filet-a deserves that "a" for AWESOME! Okay, just a chain restaurant, but compared to Albuquerque's pathetic competitors (McD's, Burger King, Wendy's) I now get the packed double-line server directed queued-up franchise frenzy. It's great! Mgmt. at the other 3 aforementioned (in Abq) are abysmal, borderline atrocious. Thank you Chick-Filet, well done!

The food is good, if pricey. The service is the gold standard for fast food places: polite, friendly, efficient. The room is kept clean by a laser-focused staff who display the effectiveness of Indy pit crews. The owner is on-site and working shoulder-to-shoulder wherever needed. . The drive-through lanes show exactly why this corporation's business model is studied in universities. Lord, but it's chaos even during the tail end of lunch rush. Not because of anything anyone is doing wrong, simply because it's so popular. There are people EVERYWHERE. Parking is hard to get, and you have to approach from odd angles because the drive-through is so popular that it affects local traffic. And, sadly, not all the customers share the same idea of the civility that is the hallmark of this chain: my chair was rocked by two sets of rotten kids (whose mothers were with them) in the booth behind me (cleaned in a flash after the first bunch left by the amazing Chick-fil-A staff). Oy. It's hard not to give the place four stars because everything was so well done - my kudos to the owner, management and staff - but this late-lunch visit only rates an "okay" because the super-popular place was such a madhouse. Frankly, it convinced me to never return anywhere near a mealtime.

Love CFA but this last time i went was NOT IT lol. I love their grilled chicken club sandwich with the kale salad, I order all the time. But this last time I went, they had a different bacon and it was horrible. I am really not a picky person but i couldn't even finish because of the weird taste of this new bacon. Next time I will order the regular sandwich not the club and skip on this new bacon

This CFA is terribly inefficient. I thought the mobile order line would help, but the last few times we did this, we have still waited 15 mins for our food, so ordering ahead doesn't actually help with anything. I was excited for the honey pimento sandwich, and the bread was dry on both our sandwiches. with barely any pimento. Not the best location in town.

The food took forever to get the service was horrible. You definitely need new management. The way we were treated made it the worst moment. The drive thru was so long and the manager still didn't open both lanes. He only had one open when at lunch time they should have both open. It's the busiest time to not have both lanes and then he was rude as well.

I ordered a lettuce wrapped grilled chicken sandwich and warned them about my gluten allergy. After a short wait, they gave me a BREADED chicken sandwich. It's been sitting in my fridge because I couldn't eat it and don't know what to do with it. But the exhaust fumes and extreme heat of that third drive lane were amazing! Very aesthetic.

This Chick Fil A is literally less than 5 minutes away from my home. It's our to go place. We literally go to it every other day if not every day since it's our toddler favorite food. My only issue is that they never get the order right and they always miss something or they run 15-20 minutes after pick up time. I usually go for lunch or dinner which also the most busier time of the day for them. They have chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, waffle fries, chicken tortilla soup, chicken noodle soup, yogurt, cookies, salads, ice cream and variety of tea and coke products.

Disappointing. I asked for Mayo and received none. Fries were only half full in container. So I had a half order of fries and a dry sandwich for lunch. Order taker was very distracted and apparently missed my request for Mayo, as the receipt showed "no condiments". Come on, pay attention!

Alright. This is the third time this has happened at this location. Just got home from the NE side of town, opened up my Chick-fil-a bag and.... Sigh. The hash browns for both meals were missing, and the breakfast scramble bowls were... oddly portioned. I imagine you're supposed to get an entire sausage patty in the bowl... I think I got a quarter of that. When you put the two bowls side by side, the lack of product from one to the other is obvious. One barely had anything to it other than egg and a few hash brown bites. Very disappointing considering the line took a bit, drove home to the West side, and come to find out I didn't get what I paid for. Definitely didn't get $27 worth of food, that's for sure.
