Today was the first time that we came back to the movie theater since February of 2020. Prior to covid. Theater was nice and clean. The seats are very comfortable. Employee at the box office was very nice. Hopefully we will get back sometime soon.

The concession area was absolutely filthy, but I still wanted a Stitch popcorn bucket. They didn't have any. ON OPENING DAY. They allow people to bring strollers into the theaters and don't even have ushers to remove disruptive, screaming children and their inconsiderate parents. The only reason this place even gets a single star is because everyone was friendly, at least, but I will certainly not be back.

My favorite place to watch movies in Albuquerque. Love the reclining seats, and sitting in the back corner of the theatre so you get a mini row to yourself. Cinemark movie club is worth it!

The best seats & screens in the city easily make this my theater of choice. I have been attending this theater regularly for 17 years and, with the exception of my own movies choices and one epic thunderstorm that prompted everyone to evacuate, I have never had a negative experience. The theaters are consistently clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Regal screens are visibly dirty & one even has a hole/tear in it, which I learned firsthand while watching "Maxxxine." Maybe it's been fixed/replaced by now, but somehow I doubt it. And don't even get me started on the cramped and uncomfortable seats shared by both Regal and AMC. Flix & Icon don't even qualify to enter the discussion. Cinemark Century Rio is, hands down, the best choice for a fun, comfortable theatrical experience. Even if it's not the theater that's nearest to you, it's very much worth the extra drive.

Plentiful parking. Easy ticketing process. Huge theater. Concession prices are reasonable for a theater. Clean, great service, perfect setting.

Excellent venue for a movie! We parked easily in their spacious parking lot. Inside, temperature was cozy (32° outside). We got concessions before checking in for SING 2 in theater 3. We had five seats in the center - F6-11. Seat 11 did not recline, but when I mentioned it to an employee on the way to the bathroom, he had it fixed before I returned. Wow! The bathroom was clean & well stocked. Signs advised users to keep a sink empty between them to avoid getting sick. Very nice. The sound and picture was great. No problems. Seats reclined and were so comfortable. They seemed bigger, more plush, and had more of a recline than the AMC theater we frequent in Palm Harbor. When we lifted the center armrest, we got another drink holder instead of the crack. That was also different to us. Temperature in the theater was perfect - not too hot or cold. The movie was excellent, too, so no one fell asleep. We don't understand why patrons left their trash behind. To keep employees working?? Never fear. They were! They picked up the trash left behind, and we took our trash to the nearest trash receptacle. We will have to check out the Cinemark near us when we get home.

Sad to say that the popcorn was not very good, tasted like it might've been sitting there for a while. The pretzel bites were not as good as the ones I've enjoyed there before. (We hadn't been there in over a year.) There were no cardboard trays to help us carry our various purchases to our seats. I don't know when they stopped providing those. The concessions are pretty much as important as the movie we go watch, so this was a disappointment.

Cinemark Century Rio is my go-to movie theater. The seats are so comfortable and elevated for your feet. My only recommendation is having better nutritional offerings. We need to do better as a society and have snacks with good ingredients.
