Ordered a pizza over the phone was told my billing zip code was wrong while i was charged 4 seperate times for 36.71 totaling 146 dollars. All without getting a pizza. Manager gets on the phone and tries to gaslight me that I wasnt charged because "it didnt charge you on my end" when i offered to come down and show statements to show i was charged wrongly she threatened to call base police on me. Truly unprofessional and disrespectful. Happened at 12:24 pm on June 14

I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza, simple enough. They forgot the Buffalo sauce. 1 of the 3 Integral parts. The guy in charge refused to remake it even after admitting it was made incorrectly. He had a terrible attitude and won't ever order from them again.

Dave was very rude and condescending. Won't do anything extra to ensure good customer service. Will do the bare minimum to get rid of you. Worst dominoes experience i've ever had.

I can probably count on 1 hand how many times my order is right at Dominos..... that's also probably why I don't eat their food a lot. This is a little ridiculous though....the pizza wasn't even cut. Has anyone else ever had this happen??

Long lines, but good flavor and prices. I usually get the pepperoni or just a combo slice. I wish Anthony's pizza was still here, but I guess Domino's is a good choice to have too

Never on time. They go through employees like crazy. There seems to be a new manager everyday. They don't update you on when your order is going to be ready. They always forget soda/condiments. The delivery drivers take forever. It seems to be ran by a bunch of teenagers. Corporate needs to overhaul.

Dang how do I start, we'll I ordered a simple meal 10 wings with a sauce. First off the app is down shocker. I'm thinking cool they'll just deliver it cool whatever. After an hour and a half I call the specific store wait in the que for them to answer the phone for ten minutes and the lady was rude and put me on hold for another two minutes as she finds my order, to days it's out for delivery and that their vary busy with 3 other orders ahead of us and at this point. Now here we are FOUR HOURS LATER and nothing yet very unprofessional and for the only restaurant to be open on base after five wow. 10/10 do not recommend.

you can place an order and it does t matter what happens, the app will say that the worker there has been preparing your order for over an hour. i personally went there to see what was going on and nobody was doing anything. domino needs to leave base and be replaced with something else. Everyone there doesn't care about their jobs here and in consequence makes the customers receive less than what they're paying for. Terrible service, look anywhere else for food

I am so glad that this location has started staying open late and are providing a delivery option. we have ordered pizza, pasta, sandwiches and lava cakes from here and everything has always been fresh and tasty with no issues.
