Stopped in with Granddaughter while looking for apartments. Didn't want fast food, but needed a quicker meal than a restaurant. Staff were great, building was clean, & plenty of seating. We had the Santa Fe Egg White sandwich. She had the Tasty Turkey sandwich. Both were great... not a surprise, because I have never been let down by Einstein. Total meal for two, with drink was $20.88. Great go to place.

Slightly unpleasant experience this morning when I stopped in to get some beagles for the office. I placed my order for a baker's dozen with cream cheese, I looked over at the selection of beagles to choose from and noticed all the regular type beagles were out. I asked the person taking my orders if they had more that were being maid and that if not would the price on the gourmet beagles that would be forced to order in lieu of regular ones would be comped. She answered with I don't know let me ask someone, all the other employees in the working area said yea probably not. I said fine whatever I'll take the gourmet ones, total of 6. What seemed like the manager on duty who was at the cash register never directly communicated with me in regard to the situation and my initial request for compensation. Whether it would have been a simple hi I'm sorry we were out of beagles but unfortunately I can comp anything, or something along those lines. Nope did even acknowledge me. She was also rude to a few of her employees with body language and the tone in her voice. Hope this location gets reminded of quality service and management skills.

It's a chain restaurant, but the service is still polite and attentive. I got a lox and bagel and it was fresh and toasty. Also the bakers dozen of Asiago cheese, green chile and cheese and hash browns. They were all freshly baked. I do recommend this location.,

I won't be returning! I haven't been to the restaurant in a year and won't be back. After ordering a breakfast sandwich, I requested Three green chile bagels. After adding a $9.00 charge for three rolls (not even a bagel) , i walked out. Had these been for me, I would have passed on the ridiculous charge but, they were requested by my kids. Not again.

The food was not well made and would have sadden any east Coaster! The bagel was poorly assembled and falling apart in the paper bag. Not a positive experience

We made a online pick up order on Memorial Day and by the time we came into the restaurant the order was ready waiting for us already. So the projected time was correct as well as our order. I had the Nova lox with a sesame bagel and it was tasty, fresh and just delightful. Not sure why this place doesn't have much good reviews. I am a happy customer and will return to Einstein Bros. Bagels definitely again! You can also sit inside and eat there, they have restrooms and parking available. Nice staff as well!

I ordered on the app and rode over on my motorcycle, expecting to be able to eat here. No such luck, the dining room was still closed. It's not March of 2000 anymore. COVID is as over as it will ever be. If you want to stay in business, I think it's time to reopen. The food was ok, and I'd have been happy with it if I didn't have to sit outside on the curb to eat it.
