I had scheduled a pickup for 8:15 it is now 8:45 I am still sitting waiting. Finally showed up at 8:50 and drove me around the corner to the enterprise lot. I was serviced by a lady named Jennifer she needs to get better at customer service. She was not happy this morning. Made the entire process uneasy Did get a vehicle and wash needs to get better. The seats are dirty inside. Hope things are better when I return the vehicle.

The on-site staff were nice but I waited over an hour for my rental, after having an appointment. I was told 3 different times it would be just a few minutes.. not a great start to the day!

Very funny business when you come back before the agreed upon time. I returned 5 days early and somehow that only translated into a 50.00 refund. The guys Mumbai jumbo was beyond my comprehension I don't like to get into big arguments with these people who play games because my temper can get out of control so I simply choose to write that company off. I will not be using this company ever again.

Should have listened to the reviews. Worst experience with a car rental place ever! I booked a car with them and got a confirmation number and everything. Once I got to the car rental place (by $15 Uber ride) they told me there weren't any cars available. "You Called our general answering service they always book even if there aren't cars available." Ok great now what? They told us to try their airport location because there are "over 3500 cars on the lot" and I'm pretty much "guaranteed a car". WRONG AGAIN. So we called their escalations department to file a complaint and ask if there's anything they can do to accommodate us "sorry there's nothing we can do. We'll email our supervisors tomorrow" so now we've taken 2 trips to 2 different locations and they pretty much screwed us! Ps I let the lady know I'm 4 months pregnant (which I am) so she would have a bit of compassion that I've been traveling by Uber And bus to get to the locations and hopefully she would help us out, NOPE! Unprofessional and heartless.

Enterprise rent a car: Long story, but some insight as to how they work. "Reservation confirmed" does not mean you have a car ready for you. March 16th Reservation # 1821352996 for March 18th, Rio Rancho branch. They called the next day after I had that silly number in hand and said "sorry, no can do, try ABQ or Airport" March 17th Reservation # 1236949882 for March 18th, Westside branch. They called the next day and told me "no can do" it's St Patricks day. (Really? that is a big car rental day?) Try Airport, they say. March 18th called the 5000b San Mateo branch, thought a phone call would be good. Sure was, at enlightening me. The price when from 280.23 to 396!!!!! for 5 days instead of 7!!! I pointed this out, and was convinced by the sales person to talk to the manager to reduce the pricing. Transferring you now.....ring....ring....ring.......silence, ring...."take this survey". What happened to the manager? No negotiating? March 18th, called customer service and let them have a piece of my mind. They put me on hold and told me they would work with me, They come back and say: there are no cars available, It is spring break. Got it. Spring break. (WHAT HAPPENED to the car for 396??? did it get rented in the last 25 minutes???) March 18th, Reservation# 1236993955 for Monday the 20th of March. Westside location. They called Sunday and said....if you come in and wait from 8 to 11:30 we will get you whatever comes in. Really?, my reservation was for 7:30. I just wanted to go on a road trip with the family. Starting at noon is a waste of a day considering I have to drive 275 miles. March 20th, Called the branch. (Just tired at this point.) Explained that renting a car at 11 means it will sit in the driveway til morning so I can fit the drive into a single day without staying overnight at my destination. Can I have it for tomorrow morning then? "Oh Yes you can sir." he says. I say, "Good because this will be my 5th attempt at getting a car.", " I only show 2 reservations sir", is his response. WOW, did you just correct me? That is insane. RESERVATION should be replaced with the word "request" Enterprise has no idea what reservation means. I used to rent 3 to 4 times a year. Budget, here I come.

UPDATE TO MY 1/17/2018 REVIEW Enterprise assigned James Brogan 505-892-6539 to the erroneous billing I received for $2,684.17 (11967399). Mr. Brogan confirmed (the first part of February) with the agent who brought me the second rental car that there was NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE to the rental car, only a flat tire. I told Mr. Brogan that the second car (11883472) did have undercarriage damage due to cement parking stops which should be taken out of the $2,684.17 check that was cashed by Enterprise on 1/16/18. I told him Terri Cartwright 866-300-3238 was handling the 11883472 claim to contact her regarding the $2,684.17 check Enterprise cashed because I did not want her to mistakingly send the charge on the second car to collections because I have a more than perfect credit score. He assured me that he would work on this getting me back my difference of $1,034.77 that Enterprise still had of mine from the payment on the erroneous charge on the first rental car. Just to cover all basis I sent Terri Cartwright the email correspondence I had with James Brogan, a copy of our phone conversation, and asked her to please contact him so the $1, 649.40 would not go to collections because it had been paid to Enterprise with Enterprise owing me money. That was in February. I get in the mail from First Financial Asset Mgmt. Inc. a collection letter for $1,649.40! How in the world did this happen when James Brogan and Terri Cartwright received all of my correspondence, were supposed to communicate with each other and get me back the balance of $1,034.77? It is now the middle of March and I am out this money and in danger of my perfect credit score being ruined. Being a caregiver for an elderly mother and DAV father I do not have the time nor the money to be doing someone else's job or going without money that is due me.

I've rented from this location several times now and always get great service. It's a busy location, so it pays to not be in a rush. Reserve your car online in advance if you can. Last week I was in a difficult situation. I needed to be in Santa Fe for a funeral, but had been having problems with my own car and didn't trust it to get me there and back. In the process of renting I encountered an obstacle. However, I spoke to Jose (the assistant manager) for help. He didn't hesitate to help figure out a way around the issue, and I was able to pay my respects without worrying about my transportation.

Everything was fine until I realized I left my gym bag in the trunk of the car when we returned it. I called that same day, and when my husband went to pick up the bag the next day, all that was left was my gym clothes and shoes. Somebody seriously STOLE my bag, two sets of ear buds and two headbands. I will NEVER recommend this location.

I rented a vehicle for a 10 period (which I had to keep extending on a day-to-day basis) from the Rio Rancho location. The staff ALL made me feel like family. Nothing was a problem, very accommodating and very professional. They even gave me an unexpected credit. This was the best experience I've ever had with any car rental company. Great job guys - you all represent Enterprise well!
