I used the airport location. I had already checked in. When I arrived ti pick up the car, they said there was a 1.5 hour wait and 15 people ahead of me. The manager told me if I was able to get a rental car from a different company, they would reimburse the difference. I found another car (at a more expensive price bc there is a premium for "walk ups") and immediately brought the invoice to the Enterprise office for reimbursement. He told me to just email when the rental was over and I had the final receipt. I did so. His email bounced back, and the general Enterprise rental refused to compensate me, saying it was "against corporate policy."

We have used them twice. The first time we signed up for car fuel return without filling it. It had according to them 7.2 gallons in it. We barely drove it and were charged $27 for fuel prepaid. This is their Policy. If you sign up for prepaid fuel, meaning you return it with whatever and you don't have to fuel it up before return it's a flat rate no matter if it's got 1 gallon or is nearly full. They don't fill it and then charge you the amount you use. So to be clear for those of you who might not understand this. The second time we had an appointment and the car not only wasn't ready but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. They did this to us and others. Also, if you ask for a pickup to get the car they aren't enthusiastic about this even though they advertise this as something they happily offer. Not only are they not enthusiastic they will make you wait and wait and wait. So much so that the Repair shop paid for a Lyft. I think they could easily do much better.

Run away, as fast as you can. Was guaranteed a midsize vehicle the night before, and when I arrived, they 'conveniently' only had 2-Ton trucks, for 'triple' the price. Due to a last minute job locale change and deadline, I had to take it, knowing full well this is Enterprise Rental Car's 'bread and butter.' You have few things in your control as a renter, but you can NOT go to this location, and you'll be doing the rest of us a favor. The lone exception being employee Livia Phan, who knew I was getting screwed, and did her very best:)

I was coming from Los Angeles by train with my daughter to go to camp. We had no mode of transportation, but the rental car we booked. I got a phone call telling me that they would be closing early on Saturday, and could not honor my reservation as our train was coming in too close to closing time. I booked my reservation 4 months in advance and they left me and my daughter without a mode of transportation at the last minute just before boarding our train. And the clerk's response was..."sorry, there's nothing I can do for you we close at 12. I can't help you." He did suggest I book a car at a nearby location for two times the price.

Would not recommend the coors location to anyone. Branch manager Juliet A. Goodman had poor customer service skills. She seemed to have an attitude to everyone she came in contact with. Ms. Goodman gave my husband the go around told my husband the car would be ready on a certain date and it was not. She displayed petty behavior. Ms Goodman did not want to help me when I had asked her to change my husband's reservation to a different location. She said she would not change it because she felt she was being treated "unfairly" and if I wanted to switch locations I would have to call around and do it myself, it wasn't until I told her I would be talking to her supervisor/ corporate that she changed her whole demeanor and began calling different locations. I left enterprise feeling unsettled, I could not understand how someone who carries a "branch manager " title could treat there customers with the utmost disrespect. She DID NOT put her CUSTOMER FIRST and was in a hurry to close her facility. I most definitely will be letting people know exactly how this location reacts to /treats their customers.
