Do NOT stay here if you have anything valuable such as a trailer, U-Haul, etc. I am writing the review that I desperately wish that I had read before yesterday. This is hard to write. My family and I stayed at this hotel last night as I was moving across the country with all of my belongings- furniture, clothes, shoes, electronics, you name it. My dad was previously told to park in front of the hotel, so he did so, boxing in our U-Haul. We had stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Well... at apparently 4:30 am, a witness saw three men with a silver truck stealing ours and another U-Haul in the parking lot. He didn't call it in. When we walked out at about 6:00 am, a few people were gathered as my dad made the discovery- it was gone. The thieves had manipulated my dad's truck with ropes, denting the bumper, and driven off with almost every belonging that I have worked so hard for. Sure, it could have been worse, as we did not see them to confront them so we are physically unharmed, but it was bad. Sadly, the front desk employee on duty was not empathetic, and the two front cameras were the only ones in the hotel that were conveniently not working/ offline and only accessible by a manager who had taken the day off. We filed a police report, and they found the U-Haul abandoned without any stuff in it. The saving grace in all of this is the Hilton upper corporate management. I cried talking to them because the man on the phone was the one nice employee that I have spoken to all day. I have so much respect for them. Be careful!

We stay in Hilton hotels exclusively. I have to say this is one of the cleanest rooms I have found. If you look at my past reviews of other hotels, they are usually filthy rooms. The only thing to improve on is it is stained around the bottom of toilet. It either needs a good scrubbing with cleaner or ...? Please keep up good work with housekeeping.

BED BUGS! I am in town for work and had 5 nights reserved in this Hampton Inn. Upon check-in I pulled up the corners of the mattress and pulled back the sheets and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Woke up the next day with one bite but didn't think much about it. The 2nd morning I woke up at 4:30am covered in bites. At this point I pulled back all the sheets and mattress cover and found two bugs running across the mattress, as well as other evidence of bed bugs (e.g., blood spots, eggs, exoskeletons). Immediately called the front desk and asked to be booked into another Hilton property in ABQ. I was given a list of properties but no effort was taken to actually find me new accommodations. The hotel gave me the option of taking one night off my bill OR issue me a gift certificate for one free night at another Hampton Inn. Hilton corporate followed up with an email to see if my concerns were adequately addressed. I said no, one free night wasn't even close to compensating me for the trouble of finding a new hotel, dealing with 20+ bites, and having to clean and sanitize all of my personal belongings. They responded by confirming that I've been given one free night, apologized for the inconvenience, and said that I need to deal with the hotel directly because "Unfortunately, we are not able to play an active part in any proceedings with respect to matters involving bed bugs". Essentially Hilton corporate takes no responsibility for the condition of the brands under their umbrella. I also asked what steps would be taken to mitigate the bed bug issue at this property, and what Hilton does in general to mitigate bed bugs. They were silent on that. For reference, I'm a silver elite member and have spent 16 nights total in Hilton properties this year, both work and personal. I should also mention that this property was in pretty bad shape. In my experience, Hampton Inns have typically been we'll kept; not this property. Torn carpet, banged up furniture, dirty bed skirts, dirty floors, non-working pool and hot tub. This is all too bad really. I've generally enjoyed my experiences at Hilton properties but the way this incident has been handled is making me realize that my business will be appreciated more at other hotel groups.

Average Hampton that is conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. Breakfasts are the typical Hampton blah. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bethany, the front desk clerk, is the best. She was efficient and friendly. She told me where my room was, how to get there and when/where to get breakfast. She also was ready to help me connect to the internet later. The king suite was nice, but Bethany made the stay exceptional.

My friend and I spent the weekend in Albuquerque in May and enjoyed our stay. We chose the Hampton Inn & Suites Albuquerque North because it was near the attractions we were planning to visit. Our room was of adequate size, with two queen beds and a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet; we didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms or the nearby freeway. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for a nourishing start to our day. We enjoyed using the indoor pool and hot tub. Special thanks to Claudia at the front desk! I was trying to access wi-fi the evening we arrived, and the system kept giving me error messages. I called the front desk and Claudia answered; when I explained the situation to her, she offered to come up to the room to see how I was logging in on my laptop. That was extremely kind of her! I opted to go down to the front desk and we worked through my login process. Claudia discovered that my name had been misspelled on the reservation, and so the login screen couldn't recognize me. It was a small error--just one letter off--but created enough of a headache that I was VERY appreciative of Claudia's assistance!

Its in a prime location but I booked before reading reviews. However, upon arrival the staff was friendly. They have free parking but limited and you may want to take your belongings in with you. The room is quaint but good for the night. The pillows were small and fluffy so Its kind of uncomfy. The shower does not look like pictures! Lol

I've stayed here several times for work and it's always a pleasant experience. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good service and full breakfast in the mornings. Will definitely continue staying here for future visits.

Clean room! Great pillows and sheets on a comfy mattress! Fast check in and within walking distance to several restaurants. Great parking lot with lots of room for any kind of vehicle. No real glasses so if your bringing wine bring your own glasses unless you like your wine from a paper cup which we do not. They had a breakfast thing going on in the morning but it didn't look appealing. The bananas in the fruit basket were black which was a turn off. Nice staff... I would stay there again if I pass through Albuquerque.
