The room was excellent, the free breakfast was not. Otherwise I "MIGHT" have given this hotel 5 stars. The room layout was one of the nicest I've stayed at - from the full-size fridge, to the dishwasher, and the bathroom with 2 doors from which to enter/exit. Everything was clean, updated, and very modern. I would definitely stay here for the hotel quality, but I wasn't a fan of the minimal parking and the so-called breakfast. Cold egg patties, undercooked hashbrown patties, the thinnest bacon you'll ever see, biscuits hard as rocks, and their coffee was very weak and without flavor. If I'm fortunate enough to stay here again, I will be skipping the "breakfast".

If you like to be disrespected, than please go ahead and stay here. Ruby the general manager shows her staff to behave the way she does. Speaking with her reminded me of my 16 year old daughter, and Rubys attitude was way worse.. A grown adult in customer service shouldn't behave that way. To each their own but I'm debating NEVER staying at a Hilton again.

My co-workers and I stayed here while attending a conference for the week. It was a great stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the essentials we needed. The staff was exceptional (Danny). He was on everyday during our stay and was very welcoming, helpful, and courteous. His attitude made our stay even better! There was also a shuttle driver, (Evelyn), that was over the top accommodating. Very friendly!! There was a nice outdoor patio with grills for guests to utilize and also clean, new laundry facilities. Last but not least, free breakfast!

First off, the room was dirty when we got into it. The counters were covered in black stuff, the bath was covered in god knows what. We went through a whole pack of sani wipes cleaning the counters ourselves. We came for the balloon festival and they couldn't switch us to another room because they were completely booked. Breakfast wasn't even edible. It was either cold or just plain gross. There was no silverware and there was still 30 minutes left of breakfast. When we went to sit down, the tables were all dirty, we had to use our own sani wipes to clean our table. At 945 there was no food left even though breakfast goes till 10. We tried contacting the front desk early evening and no one answered the phone. When checking out, there were extra fees that were not on the Hilton app or the reservation. So expect to pay more than your reservation says. We asked for a corporate email and phone number and was told there was not one.
