Nice, clean hotel. Nothing to rave about but nothing much to complain about either. Staff is helpful. Everything in room worked except the TVs. Staff was available in helping out with everything.

Stayed here last week for work and wished I had stayed at a different property. The Architect and Civil Engineers should be fired for the general layout and parking for this property. The rooms are old and small. The breakfast terrible, and the heating/AC sub par. It's only redeemable quality is that it's right off the 25.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Was not prepared to hear the doors slam all night and you can hear the tv's pretty good coming from different rooms. Not the best place to get a good night sleep.

My sister and I basically ran out of our La Quinta Inn room for a decent hotel. One with no bugs and deadbeats in the parking area. I made a last second reservation and booked a suite for the night. It was like day and night compared to La Quinta. Clean and spacious rooms. A kitchenette, full size fridge, seating areas, comfy beds, and a bathroom that you didn't break your neck using! It was quiet on a Saturday night and the young lady at the front desk was helpful and polite. Worth every extra penny!!!

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for Labor Day weekend. Overall I have high compliments for the property. Checkin was super good since we arrived at noon and waited only 10 minutes before we were checked in (3 hours before check-in time). My friend's 429 sq foot king suite was really roomy. I had a king regular suite. I wish all rooms had bathtubs but they don't so if you (like me) love relaxing in a tub be sure to request that or really check room descriptions before booking. I have to make a special mention of the woman who manned the breakfast area - she was so accommodating. The property is clean. The only little issue I had was the cable TV - wonky is the only word I can describe. I only wanted to watch HGTV and got stuck on a movie I thought was on cable but I think was a pay for view?

Well if you book this hotel on Hotwire, be prepared to show up without a room and the manager (if that's what she is) will cancel it without a call. Obviously the HILTON hotel is ran by a mediocre staff and useless GM. She won't call you after she cancels your room, won't answer your phone calls, and staffs the overnight front desk with ignorant ("WE DON'T HONOR THAT RATE AND TOLD HOTWIRE MANY TIMES") clerks. Don't waste your time here because that's what it will be. Just drove 6 hours to be told that I will need to contact Hotwire to get a refund! You will probably see this review after it's too late so good luck with this one!

I've traveled around the world and have never had this kind of experience, if there was a -100 for this review, I'd select that. Do not stay at this hotel. I booked a handicap room for my mother who was being released from the hospital. I called the hotel twice and confirmed that the room was available and that I would have no issues checking in after 5:00 p.m. I arrive with my mother in tow from the hospital and low and behold, they said they didn't have the room because it wasn't cleaned. They then issue another room which does not fit a wheelchair in the bathroom. I come back down and the manager THEN says we'd have to wait an hour for the accessible room to be cleaned THEN after an hour she comes back and says that it wasn't available because "something was broken" in the room, THEN she says "I can get you a room" at their sister property next door, after 2.5 hours, and calling many hotels in Albuquerque I had to make my own reservation at a different hotel that was NOT A HILTON....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Don't waste your time with this hotel, bad service all the way around. JChavez

Not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel Poor service from the attendant at the front desk, she was somewhat rude and unprofessional, she definitely could use some help on covering the pet and smoking policy, while I did not have any pets with me and I do not smoke inside, she came off extremely rude while covering it, in addition she gave us the wrong room and key and I had to walk from the 3rd floor back to the front desk to address it, the manager who was on duty was sitting in an office back behind the counter and did not even attempt to get up and come talk with me about my dissatisfaction, she only addressed me from the office as she sat at her chair and said " I have corrected your room number in our system"... very unprofessional! Our room sadly was filthy with stained carpets, a dirty sofa bed with blankets that had not been checked and were full of hair from a previous guest and dingy, my daughter did not want to sleep on this bed after seeing that, the bathtub had what seemed to be rust staines on it and there was old pieces of what looked like scotch tape on the walls as well as some small holes in the drywall, the refrigerator was covered in dust on top which tells me that the rooms are not being checked by management and housekeeping is not concerned about health and safety. What a disappointment, I would not recommend this location to anybody as there are several other nicer options in Albuquerque for this price. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

If I could give -0- I would. This is NOT a typical Homewood. NO SUITES‼ Rooms are tiny. If you plan to use pull out sofa; furniture must be stacked in kitchen or on dining table. Save the time, $ and frustration STAY at the Homewood ABQ airport. Staff is great‼ Rooms are SUITES
