Chain stores are only as good as owners/mgrs. Good or bad employees are reflection of them. I'm thinking a positive here. Service was good, employees friendly and food came out as expected. We had the #13 Original Italian & #8 Club sandwiches. They were well made as ordered, with the plenty of meat & fresh toppings. We got what we expected - that's always a good thing.

I got a text message today saying that they were offering triple stars. I stopped in to get a sandwich since I was in the area. The employees were all friendly. The kid making my sandwich Seemed to be a newer employee and was a bit slower at making it. The important thing. Is that he did a good job. The sandwich was made perfect. Tyree Was working the register and ringing me up. He was friendly and efficient. He recommended a hot sub that I have not tried yet. Hopefully I'll get to try it in the future. The store was really clean.

This was my first time at Jersey Mike's. We went to the one on Coors by Hwy 40. After all the rave about their sandwiches, I was so disappointed. First and foremost, we walked into the restaurant and it was freezing cold. Secondly there were 4 to 7 young men there working. Customer service was zero, the person who asked us what we wanted did not get the order at all, but we ate the sandwiches anyway outside on benches in the cold, although warmer than inside lol. I give the sandwich. It was almost unedible. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. What a waste of $30. I'll never go back.

Totally disappointed. Have gone often but today a disappointment. I ordered $80, 12 sub sandwiches. Hardly any meat, a variety . Dry rolls, not fresh. Hardly any special oils and vinegars. Big mistake for price. Never again.

I usually have high ratings for every JM location that I visit. Not this one. When I walked in on 9-26-22, I was the only customer and when I approached the counter I said, "This is my first time at this location and I'm from New Jersey, particularly the Point Pleasant area. I hope that you can live up to NJ standards." The sandwich maker acknowledged my comment but said nothing else. He was not very friendly nor was he interested in any further conversation. It was also very loud in the shop so hearing any of the staff was very difficult. As for my sub, I got my usual #6 with Swiss. The bread was over cooked, squished, and smaller than what I've gotten at other JM locations. This location does not live up to NJ Jersey Mike standards.

I love the turkey sandwich and the tuna sandwich here. I love that the turkey is freshly sliced and piled on generously! I love the huge thinly cut provolone that hangs over the side of the bread and is so tasty. Bread is always tasty and fresh and their tasty combination of "Mike's way" seasonings and veggies taste delicious! I dream of this sandwich!

Not go impressed today with this sandwich. About $18 for a Giant that is supposed to have 5 meats? There was not much giant about it. Usually Jersey Mikes is good and I am from New Jersey!!! So it makes me a bit sad because this is not how italian subs are over there. I still like the sandwiches but this time was disappointed.
