Worst jersey Mike's in town. Always out of tea and carbonation for drinks. When you tell staff they look tell you it can only be fixed by a manager who is never there. Obviously they need better training

I went to the store Saturday to place a order for Sunday with the gentleman by the name of Cardi, I placed the order party box half itl half turkey, i asked if he needed to write it down and he said no. Came in Sunday at 10.30 they said there was no order in my name, the two people who were working took care of me. I appreciate to two gentleman that took care of me., as for tge general manager Carti I don't have much to say about him. Vincent Dominguez

This location has the grumpiest staff I've ever encountered. After placing an online order we arrived at the time it told me to show up. We walk in they hadn't even started the sandwiches. Then we stand and wait and see three parties come in, order, and leave with sandwiches. We approach the register for the 2nd time and they tell us "oops we just sent your sandwiches with that DoorDash driver" I say "that sucks" and the MANAGER says "yeah it does suck" and 10 minutes later we finally have our sandwiches. No offer to reimburse anything, make anything right with a free soda, something simple. So rude!

I have a weird obsession with their turkey provolone sandwiches. They are my absolute favorite. They always taste fresh and their bread is always soft. I usually order ahead on their App and my sandwich is always ready and so far there haven't been any mistakes. A couple of times the oil and vinegar got a little out of hand and made the bread mushy but usually they are perfect. I've ordered delivery a few times also and they are super speedy. The place always looks clean and everyone has always been friendly.

My wife ordered a #10 for her and a #9 for me, both minis. It was an hour and a half before closing. They were out of tomatoes and almost out of bread. They were getting ready for closing and would not make fresh bread. When I got my sandwich, the roast beef was raw. The bread looked like it had been choked to death. I ended up going to McDonalds. My Wife said there weren't any adult managers to be seen. This is not an isolated incident. It seems that there is a pattern at night to start closing way before closing. I was a fast-food manager for six years and we always had our full menu right up to closing time and it was always fresh.

I applaud Jersey Mike's on their day of giving, if in fact all sales are going to charity. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with provolone. The sandwich was very good, next time hold the salt. The smaller club roll wasn't bad, but soggy. There is no good bread to be had in this area. The staff were extremely friendly and positive willing to serve at the highest level. The front of the store was clean and in order. The only negative was seeing a store member use the meat slicer for turkey then provolone without cleaning the blade between products. I saw two slicers in the prep area, one should be for dairy and one for meats or the blades being cleaned between products.

Ordered one sandwich, online, before 11am. It was dead when I picked it up. They still messed up the order. They upcharge $1.50 for gluten free bread, making a sandwich close to $9. It was not that great, the bread overwhelmed the fillings, and the onions are cut so thin that they were really hard to pick out (I didn't order them!) There are local places doing a better job, but I don't think any of them are on the west side of town. Probably won't try this again.

I like Jersey Mike's as a chain, it's just this location has rotten service. I go to the "Order Here" sign and put my order in. The guy gives me a ticket to take to the cashier. First mistake I made was paying for my food before my order was ready, 2nd mistake was leaving a tip before my food was ready. I waited and waited. I could tell they were having problems. For a pickup order 3 workers had to unwrap 4 or 5 sandwiches to identify what went where. I asked the guy I paid about my order and he said "yup, your order isn't in the queue to be made and that was it. No "we'll get your order right out," so after him not doing anything to get my order made I asked for a refund. Getting a refund took longer than having a sandwich made. And to top matters off the only lady that could give me a refund said it was fault my order got screwed up. She said I ordered from the wrong person. I told her I ordered at the counter right under the Order Here sign! I asked where is the correct place and person I was suppose to order from, That just made her pissy. It's a crappy location anyways, I wont be back.. There are plenty of other locations that know how to fill an order without drama.
