It's been great! Our party hostess has been so helpful and made this an easy party! All the stress of having a party was taken away. This is a wonderful place to have a party!

We had our kid's birthday party here. Overall, it was great! The staff were kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. They made the experience of hosting a party for a bunch of preschoolers easy and painless. Our party host--and the rest of the staff--were attentive and really focused on making sure we all had a good time. I really appreciated how un-chaotic and relatively quiet the venue was. Adults had plenty of places to sit and talk without having to yell to be heard. The toddler play space was great too, and a lot of fun for kids who aren't quite big enough for the big play structure. We had the party package with pizza, drinks, and cake included. The pizza was from the mall food court, and it was really good. In the future, I would probably bring my own cake or cupcakes, though the provided cake was fine. I also got to bring my own plates/cups/decorations without issue. The only glitches of the day were the pizza order was slightly incorrect, which I don't blame the staff for, and we were charged the $39.90 party price for a baby under 1, which may be the policy for parties, but something to consider if you are planning a party where there will be lots of babies attending. Also, you can unexpectedly end up spending a lot of money on the "play card" if your kid is into electric motorbikes and claw machines (which ours was). Aside from those small things, I would highly recommend anyone looking to book a kids' birthday party in ABQ at Kids Empire. Again, they made it incredibly easy. The process was smooth, and all of the kids had a wonderful time.

Tori was amazing notice my kiddo sad and immediately came to cheer us up this gesture was truly appreciated and will forever be remembered. We love kids empire and extremely excited to come more often and we have Miss Tori to thank for this

Absolutely wonderful! We love this place, super fun, super clean and just all around great! We visit every weekend and it is great to get the little one some physical activity inside where its not so hot! We get the punch card so out visits are $15 and some change and he can play all day!

This place was so fun! Definetely clean, we enjoyed it and had the best time! Only downfall was we waited in line about 30 minutes just to get in the door. There was one girl working, I really felt for her. She was doing the check ins, selling snacks and being pulled away from her spot constantly so it did take a long time to get in
