Very fun place to take your family weight was an hour and a half to bowl so we decided to eat and wait. We had a server that was not experienced and everything came out wrong. The manager J made everything right and was very impressed the way he handled the situation Will be returning back even enough for the food but for the atmosphere thanks, Jay.

The staff and manager of this location are awesome! I came in with super old gift cards and was afraid they'd no longer be valid even tho they were unused. The staff assisted me and we enjoyed a day at the location! The grounds including the restroom were super clean and well maintained. The food was great and most importantly the staff was super kind, professional and helpful in assisting throughout the day. Beware... if you're not big on noise, chaos and bright lights, this is not the place for you. I'm not and was WAY overstimulated lol but that was my choice. I knew what I was getting myself into! My nephew on the other hand was in heaven! Bowling, laser tag, pool, shuffleboard, great food, full bar, a zillion video games and an overall amazing day!

Games and activities are fun. Went on a Monday evening as it's slower than weekends which was perfect. Food was ok decent for bar food but don't expect good service. Order appetizers don't expect silverware or plates. You can expect napkins. Be patient for slow food. I may be wrong and maybe it's a new thing to expect to eat without silverware. Music is loud. Expect that.

Omg man I haven't been here in such a long time. My mother and I found ourselves trying to kill time before a movie so we ended up coming here. Going over the price structure the bowling is a bit pricey for just the two of us but after looking over the all you can play pass that includes the bowling for $22 that seemed like a better deal so we went with that. We had a blast. Between bowling and all the arcade games it was a lot of fun. They have a large assortment of games in the arcade along with VR, and other activities. On the right side they offer food, a full bar, and billiards. This is definitely a place to be on a Friday night!

Went last week with my boyfriend. It was a weekday and their website offers $20 unlimited pass- well, they did not honor that in person. We paid over $60 for our game tokens (each) which was the "popular" pack. I don't know why they advertise a special on their website when they don't offer it in person. Seems like a rip. We decided not to let that inhibit our good time. However- about every 3rd game we tried to play was broken! Broken headsets, broken guns, 2 player games broken so only one person could play. It was a major let down. We won't be coming back. For the amount of money they're charging at the door (and not honoring their deals) then on top of that, SO many games down? Get real. There was no one to help parents or adults with the climbing/swinging portion- it was just sort of "take your chances" which could be a real safety hazard. I would not take children here- this place is just a few drops from a lawsuit. Little to no staff on the floor for assistance. The laser tag was closed (I'm guessing that was broken too) and more than 1/2 of their VR games were broken or down. We tried to break for food but no one was attending the food station. We stood there long enough that we finally saw someone bring out fries to another couple but he didn't address us at all. There were only two groups of people in the food area- most people were at the bar, so it wasn't like we were hard to miss. As far as cleanliness- yall could do better. NONE of the hand sanitizers were filled, the sanitizing wipes were gone and the staff just reiterated that they were out (no sh*t, Sherlock). But with games (especially the VR) where you are touching some part of the game to your face- SHOULD be disinfected between people. Lots of games ate our tokens and did not even have a sign on them saying they were broken. Staff seemed clueless on how to fix this, a sign would suffice- or re-upping our tokens on our card but they did not offer that. Went to cash in our "tickets" to get some prizes and not only was that area super messy, there were no prices on anything so you had to keep asking "how many tickets is this? And this? What about this?" To a bunch of kids that were way more interested in socializing with each other and on their phones than being at work and helping customers. It took 3 employees to ring up a single person because no one had any idea what was going on. No one had direction or a clear objective to their job, it seemed. I think if every broken game had a sign, then it would be more apparent that they had more broken games than working ones. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience. I'm honestly thinking about coming in with a GoPro and documenting this experience to send it to corporate because, I'm sure if they knew it was this bad, they'd clean up their act real quick. Only a matter of time before someone gets hurt from negligence. Expect to come home with covid because NOTHING is cleaned between players. Save your money, skip Main Event and go to Dave & Busters where games work and so does the staff. EDIT: Thanks for your reply, Justin. I have reached out to corporate but could not leave my entire review in the small box they provided. I hope they reach out to me soon.

Bruh we had to wait for an hour to do bowling and the lady at the reception wasn't to nice then we got to bowl and there was a problem where the pins wouldn't go up like what the flip man.The vibe is pretty chill like me for real. But then the Food we ordered came after ten minutes but the drinks were pretty fire not gonna lie I drank all . And the bowling was fun overall 3 stars.

Sun Diaz is a very hard worker. I saw him one day working so hard at there. I met him at Main Event because he was such a good worker. He deserves a raise.

Sat down at 6:30. Order taken at 6:38. 6:51 drinks arrived. Long Island was sweet and sour. Marg was awful no standards for drinks at all. Food sat at an empty table for 45 mins as we sat and waited for apps. First time here and last time. What a terrible place.

Really want to call out Amy! She went above and beyond to make our youth group feel great after a shaky experience with our lanes. We had a pretty big group but she truly showed out. Thank you Amy! We'll be back
